We are living in a world where people quarrel for sexual rights, overall, sexuality. It all
started in the 50s, when the world initiated to liberate sexually. Therefore, humankind
had to originate a revolution that took them first to gender equality, feminism, the rights
to contraceptive methods and homosexuality. This revolution achieved its maximum
development in the 80s. However, so many themes keep being current. Therefore,
promoting not only safe sex but also all things around sexuality should be included in
high school curriculum for a safe future and an united humanity.
To begin, a revolution as all of us know needs to people demonstrating. So, in the 50s,
the sexual revolution opened to a new vision about sexuality, where there were so many
things to encourage a radical transformation in the mind of humankind. For example,
every scientist, psychology, literature experts, famous people and many people agreed
to initiate a revolution, which is why, they started to work in every area of their
profession, where a free sexually was pushed for. As a result, the world has seen the
sexual life and from a more humane perspective.
Although there were many conflicts from 50s to 60s. We finally could progress in the
goals aspired. For this reason, There was a more open mind in the 80s. Furthermore,
sexuality took a way into the business, which meant, pornographyand premarital sex
wereshowed to more public. Which it started many companies. For instance, Playboy.
So, there was vast investment in the area before mentioned, where this kind of
revolution became monotonous and common.
In addition, the internet revolution gave more possibilities to the business of sexuality.
For example, there was the initiative to create web pages about sexuality. This has
caused problems in many countries, because so far they have bad perspective on
sexuality. For this reason, there were restrictions and they opening a movement to
destroy everything that contained sexuality. Nowadays, sexuality is still a taboo but not
as strong, Everyday humankind accepts different types of gender and it's showing to be
more open to these ideas.
Finally, based on the past, restricted sex was very bad for the world because so many
people died because of not showing their true sexuality. For example, Alan Turing died
for a judgment based on his homosexuality, he was pioneer of computer science. So,
the humanity is trying to integrate sexual education more focused on hight school,
where there are so many diseases andearly pregnancy. According to GuttMacher
institute: many sexually experienced teens (43% of males and 57% of females) do not
receive formal instruction about contraception before they first have sex; fewer received
instruction about where to get birth control (31% males, 46% females). In conclusion,
this is a constant fight, where we will achieve goals for a more conscious and healthy
world, where we should be working together even if we have distinct genders. All of this
are developing in hight school, hoping to a sex safe for a safe future.
