Project Summary
A. Name of the Enterprise
The Juan seat is a flexible seating solution that allows instant transformation between
premium economy class and business class flatbed suite. Juan seats give airlines the flexibility to
adjust cabin configuration based on real time demand for each flight, allowing them to make the
most efficient use of precious cabin space while maximizing passenger appeal. The seat is named
Juan because it symbolizes the ingenuity life of the Filipinos. The purest essence of a Filipinomade seat compacted of its ability to transform from premium economy to business class.
B. Location

The propose plant location will be at Daang Hari Rd., Pasong Buaya II, Imus City, Cavite
Province. The location had been chosen as the production site because of its close proximity to
local roads and highways. This is a major factor for the company for its strategic location for the
suppliers and the potential customers.

C. Descriptive Definition of the Project

This project seeks to improve the quality of our flag carrier. It will help our national
airline compete with international airlines in terms of customer comfort, in-flight experience, and
flexibility in the seating class available. This helps the countrys airline greatly, because many
people choose international carriers because they seek the amenities that those airlines provide
that our local airlines cannot. With these versatile seats, the amount of people searching for
comfort in their travels, especially for long haul flights, will increase significantly.

D. Projects long-range objectives

This project will have a great impact in the future because of the versatility of the seat.
Many airlines in search of increased profits have been investing in premium class seats at the
front of the cabin. Due to the specialized nature of the different seats, airlines are limited in the
ways they can adjust the cabin layout on the plane. Once the seats are placed, its difficult to
change them. These Juan seats will solve those problems by having just one type of seat that can
transform to different class for the needs of the customers with relative ease. The versatility of
the seat will be the key to making it a very viable option for many airlines.

E. Feasibility Criteria
Air transport is considerably one of the fastest, most efficient and safest mode of
transportation. The aviation industry at an incredible rate and growth, while positive, poses
challenges to key players. To cope with the demand, Airlines will offer more flights or up gauge
through fleet renewals and cabin reconfigurations. Many airlines seek to improve the quality of
their service and amenities because of the growing demand and competition. Juan seats strike the
proper balance of weight efficiency, passenger comfort, and available features for the airlines. It
combines brilliant detail, custom innovation, and luxurious design to provide contemporary
