A crisp, vibrant and dry style Ros, made with a blend of Syrah and
Sangiovese giving the wine a lovely rose color. It shows beautiful aromas
of strawberry, fresh watermelon and peach.

2014 was a warm growing season in Eastern Washington with
excellent ripening.
Fruit for our Ros came from vineyards throughout Washingtons
Columbia Valley.
The regions sunny days and cool nights allow for excellent flavor
development and natural acidity.
winemaking
Grapes were picked under cool nighttime skies to preserve the
varietys pure, fruit character.
The fruit was left on the skins for eight hours to allow the grapes
to extract just the right amount of color from the skins.
The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the
ripe fruit character and aromatics.
food pairings
This versatile and flavorful wine would be enjoyable on its own or with
food. Try it with light pasta and rice dishes, grilled fish, and a wide array
of cheese.
