1. What is your role as a teacher in the teaching-learning process?
My role as a teacher is to facilitate learning and to mold every learner to
become functionally literate and globally competitive.
2. As a teacher, what is your discipline philosophy? Why?
As a teacher, my discipline philosophy is the golden rule which is Do not do
unto others what you do not want others do unto you.
Through this philosophy, this will be their basis that doing bad to others is not
good. If they were on the shoes of others who are being hurt, they will realize that it
would be hurting on their part too.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses of being a teacher?
Having enough knowledge and skills, the love to teach as well as having love
for my pupils, attended several trainings/seminars are some of my strengths. I think
my weakness is the lack of Teachers Guides and learning materials.

1. What is your role as a teacher in the teacher-learning process?
When it comes to teaching-learning process, my primary role is to facilitate
learning to learnable to the learners to come up with the expected percentage of
mastery level.
2. As a teacher, what is your discipline philosophy? Why?
To me, imposing discipline inside the classroom before the discussion is a
crucial matter. Because, when learners observe discipline especially during the
learning process, injection of knowledge to learners in achieved.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses of being a teacher?
Being knowledgeable of the topics to be taught to the learners is one of my
strengths especially when over 75% mastery level is acquired/ achieved. While,
when majority of the attendance (is) (are) did not reach the target of the day.

1. What is your role as a teacher in the teaching-learning process?

As a K-12 teacher, the Department of Education Mission states that teachers
facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner.
2. As a teacher, what is your discipline philosophy? Why?
As a molder, it is a great achievement to have successful and well-disciplined
pupils. The teaching-learning process is easily achieved if the learners are following
the given rules and know the circumstances by disobeying it. I am using with
confidence the positive and negative reinforcements.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses of being a teacher?
As a teacher I should master my lesson and be flexible in any
situation.
Having a time pressure is a great challenge.
