COMMERCIAL OFFER

1.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

: As per Technical Offer at Annexure-I

2.

PRICE

: As per Price Bid enclosed at Annexure-III.

3.

PRICE BASIS

: FOT- Yamuna Nagar (Haryana)

4.

TAXES, DUTIES & CESS

: Extra as applicable at the time of dispatch.

Present rate of Excise Duty is @10% + Edu. Cess
@ 3% (10.3%) and Central Sales Tax @2% against
submission of Form-C. In the absence of Form-C, Sales
Tax shall be charged @ 5%. The present rate of Service
Tax applicable on Transportation is 3.09% and on
supervision or any other services activity is 12.36%.
However, due to change in the present law or
otherwise any variation in the rates or new taxes,
duties, cess or levies become payable at the time of
dispatch, the same shall be borne by the purchaser.
Presently Excise Duty is cenvatable to the purchaser as
such, the same is not loaded in the price.

5.

PAYMENT TERMS

: i)

10% advance on acceptance of LOI/PO.

ii) 10% against approval of drawings.

iii) 80% payment against dispatch documents
through bank.
Respective bankers charges to respective accounts.
6.

DELIVERY

: Delivery period shall be eight (08) months from the

date of receipt of LOI/PO.

7.

THIRD PARTY
INSPECTION

: By purchaser / their authorized inspection agency at

their own cost.
Alternatively by Lloyds, at extra cost @ 2% of the order
value.

8.

DELAY IN DELIVERY

: In case the delay, if any is attributable to us, we

accept price reduction of 0.5% value of undelivered
materials per week or part thereof subject to a
maximum of 5% of the value of the undelivered
material.

9.

TRANSPORTATION
CHARGES.

: To be arranged by the Purchaser at their own cost.

PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE

: Equipment
shall
be
guaranteed
for
design,
performance, material and workmanship for a period
of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18
months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier.

12.

CANCELLATION OF
ORDER

: The job/supply is planned and built for the customers

specific
working
requirements.
Therefore,
no
cancellation of order can be accepted.

13.

VALIDITY

: One (01) month from the date of this offer.
