Troubleshoot engine not starting problem

FOUND BY TECHNICIAN
Diagnostic trouble code 145 12 CAMP signal Inactive While ICP has Increased.

PERFORMS TO STANDARD
Clean sensor check wiring from CAMP sensor to deutch connector and from
deutch to the ecm wiring was good. Crank the engine and check RPM, there was
no engine rpm. Replace it with another one and test engine. Engine works good
without any problem
CONCLUSION
Recomend client to replace CAMP sensor with the par number: 1807339C92
