The Quality Assurance, and Monitor

ing and Evaluation (QAME) of the day-to-day

conduct this MTOT shall be led by the Quality Assurance Division (QAD).The QAME activities
will provide important inputs that will serve as basis for improvement efforts and policy
decisions with regard to Trainings.
9. Facilitators, Program Management Staff, and QAME team are expected to be at the
Ecotech Center on July 15,2016 at 8:00 AM for the usual training preparations, and brief
ing.
10. AH concerned authorities shall ensure that classes left behind by the teachers attending
to this Training are handled by other teachers or necessary arrangements are expected to be
done by the School Heads so that students do not miss even a single class.
11. Schools Division Superintendents of Cebu Province and Cebu City Divisions, Dr. Rhea
Mar A. Angtud, and Dr. Bianito A. Dagatan, respectively are requested to deploy health
personnel to the training venues on the aforesaid dates, to ensure wellness of health of
par
ticipants. The Education Suppor
t Services Division (ESSD) through Dr. Luz C. Jandayan
shall make the necessary arrangements.
12. Participants shall be entitled to service credits for training days which fat on Saturdays,
Sundays, and Holidays in accordance with the provisions of DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2011, and
DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003. Likewise, non-f
eaching personnel including management staff
shall be provided with Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) per CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2,
8. 2004.
13. Travel and other incidental expenses of teachers, trainers, QAME teams, and
management staff shall be charged to local funds, subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
14. This Memorandum serves as Travel Order.
15. Immediate dissemination of, and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
