Participants to this activity are the Asst. SDS, Chiefs-CID & SGOD, EPSs,
Heads of Functional Divisions and PSDSs/Acting PSDS.
The Documenter of the previous Division Executive Conference is requested to
reproduce enough copies of the minutes for distribution.
Lunch and snacks will be served. Travelling expenses relative to participation in
this meeting shall be charged against Division MOOE, subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
