Abstract: Heat exchanger is a device which covers all kind of applications. The selection of various fluids can be
eligible for heat exchanger. Here we have chosen the natural fluid of Aloe Vera jelly with combination of water as
well as Ethyl glycol. The main reason behind the selection of Aloe Vera is that boiling and cloud point of that fluid is
much better than ordinary water. In this project is associated with the different fluids affects the heat exchanger
effectiveness as made.

The way of heat transfers are conduction, convection,

no more possible for radiation.
Among the various critical tasks, the counter flow type
heat exchanger always requires different fluid region like hot
and cold water. Unless the cold water removed high heat
from hot water region, the effectiveness of heat exchanger
slightly increased rather than ordinary conditions. Here by
we use natural source of fluid as cold region even their
performance is reduced. This type of idea can utilize low
expansive type of heat exchanger instead of modern heat
exchangers. The special ability of natural resources always
seems to be give lower investment and low cost of
production. But, we are in need to improve the efficiency of

implementation of Aloe Vera concentration is set to be good

V. RESULT AND COMPARISON

In our project we changed the cold fluid in the double
pipe heat exchanger. The cold fluid was combination of
water and ethyl glycol, water and Aloe Vera jelly, water and
ethyl glycol and Aloe Vera jelly at various ratios. In future
the implementation of effectiveness will improve by various
fluids, here by we represent the natural fluid Aloe Vera jelly

VI. CONCLUSION
we concluded that the combination of (water+ Aloe

always produce better effectiveness only in counter flow
heat exchanger. The ordinary water type heat exchanger is
