Dear Creator,
Youve just discovered that youre a Creator.
At this point, you may be surprised. Or...you may have seen it coming.
Either way, all I ask is that you take time to let the contents of this guide hit home.
When I first started working for myself, I spent a whole year trying to be someone
that I wasnt. I tried to follow all of the success formulas I could find, and I listened
to way too many opinions. As a result, I lost myself. I forgot what it was that made
me feel good - and instead, I filled my business with cookie-cutter strategies that
left me feeling like Id forgotten who I really was.
This guide is about remembering.
Its a reminder of who you really are, and - more importantly - its a permission
slip for you to fully embrace your strengths, challenges, and natural gifts.
I used to think that to make money, Id have to bend myself into a shape that
others wanted to buy into.
Now, I know - being myself was more than enough.
And thats what youll find here. A reconnection to your Self, and permission to do
business in a way that FEELS GOOD to you.
Enjoy!

About this Guide

Before we dive into the exciting part (the part where you get to connect with your inner Creator), its
important to me that you understand why the guide youre reading now is so significant.

This guide will instantly reconnect you with who you really are - and, more importantly, give
you permission to fully embrace every aspect of who you are.
This guide is not another box for you to squeeze yourself into.
This guide is a homecoming.
Its about bringing you back...to you.
To ground you in what is true, and give you clarity and confidence in moving forward from here.
Its about undoing all of the layers of shoulds and need tos, and having an opportunity to find your centre
again. To remember what feels good to you, and how you love to operate in the world.

The magic ingredient...

Archetypes.
What an archetype is is hugely subjective.
To me, an archetype is a perspective. Its an angle of looking at myself that has been cultivated throughout
the generations before me.
Archetypes are patterns. The idea of an archetype has been around for centuries, however psychologist Carl
Jung was the initial pioneer for this incredible work.
Archetypes are not personality types, or specific answers to all of your questions.
Theyre a guide leading you to who you truly arebut you have to take the journey.
Youre not going to find out youre loyal or always late as a result of your archetype, because even the
archetypes known for their punctuality can miss an appointment now and again.
The hardest thing about archetypes for some people IS their subjectivity. Were so used to living in a world
where people label us, black and white. But none of us really are black and white, are we?
The most important thing is that you make this information - and your Creator - your own.

The truth about you...

C E R R I E S

The truth about you

Youre an innovator.
Youre a catalyst for creative energy, and are highly sensitive to the hundreds of ideas that pass
through your brain every day.
You are inspiring. When people are around you, they feel fired up (even though they may not be able
to put their finger on why).
You are a perfectionist. (This is a great thing...until it isnt).
You have so much passion inside of you that you feel you could burst.
Your heart often feels pulled in so many different directions, because there are so many things you
need to create. Sometimes, it verges on torturous. (Other times, it leaves you blissfully fulfilled).
Authenticity isnt optional for you. Its essential.
You live for self-expression. Your highest purpose is to provide a conduit for the Universe to create
something magical - and youre in head-over-heels for the ride.

Your gifts to the world

You are a visionary who can see opportunity where others cant.
You are a master manifestor. If you can imagine it, you know deep down that you can create it.
You bring passion to the party. (Love may make the world go round, but passion keeps the party alive).
You are a non-conformist. Thank God the world has people like you...because you have a natural ability
to push through boundaries.
You are skilled at making things. And I dont just mean crafty or arty things - I mean all things. Things
like change, solutions, paradigm shifts, and new realities. (You may feel awkward at the thought of being
a paradigm-shifter, but you know its true).
Oh...and dreaming. The Universe created people like you to help us peer into the unknown. The
unchartered territory. The things that could be.
You may feel like your brain resembles the contents of a NutriBullet - but your ability to contain so
many ideas and possibilities is a true gift, no matter what others may say.
Your greatest gift to the world is enabling us all to think bigger, brighter, and create the life that we truly
desire.

M O O N E Y

C E R R I E S

M O O N E Y

Oh...and sometimes, people

might think youre a little flaky.
(They just cant handle your genius).

C E R R I E S

Your challenges
You are a perfectionist. You spend a lot of your time awaiting the breakthrough that seemingly
never comes.
Just like any self-respecting artist (no matter what your medium), fear or rejection or criticism is
very real for you. You sometimes have a hard time separating out where you end and your work
begins. This can lead to taking criticsm personally.
Many Creators dont believe that making stuff is allowed as a career. Exchanging passion for
money seems...unfair, somehow. You may find yourself getting caught up in the popular belief that
being a creative will leave you broke, miserable and resentful. #nottrue.
You may find you struggle with overwhelm. When your brain is so full, its no surprise that it
doesnt take much stimulation to send it into overdrive. Overwhelm leads to burnout. Burnout
leads to periods of self-doubt and procrastination - until inspiration hits, and youre back on the
rollercoaster.
The greatest challenge for the Creator is focus. Rather than beat yourself up over not being able to
focus on one thing, try dividing larger projects into smaller chunks that are more digestible.
Remember: focus doesnt mean sacrifice. It just means temporary self-restraint.

The people who will be attracted to you...

Are tired of doing the same thing, and getting the same result. They are looking for change, and
they want to try something new.
Are open-minded, spontaneous and passionate.
Respect your out-of-the-box thinking and quirky approach. (They dont want to be forced into a
clich any more than you do).
Are keen learners, and will love to learn from you. Whether you can teach aspects of your work or
not, try to give an element of creative control over to your customer (they love to feel inspired and
excited about the process).
May be feeling insecure or unstable about some aspect of their life, and are looking for a creative
approach to solve the issue. Figure out where your customer is experiencing some kind of chaos,
and position what you do as a way of bringing stability and security back.
May feel the need to reinvent themselves. The Creator audience is looking for something new, and
this could mean a new version of themselves. Think about how your work can leave someone
feeling invigorated, refreshed, and renewed.

Your Creator business & brand

You know what? Its ok if you create things that are a little off-the-wall. Your ideal audience
LOVES it, and will really appreciate your fresh approach.
One of the key challenges for the Creator brand is focus. You absolutely should embrace all of
your complexity, but remember that you may just have to work a little harder than most at
ensuring your brand is clear, concise, and actually makes sense to people :)
The best way to make sure your Creator brand flourishes is to identify the main thread that runs
throughout your work (whatever form it takes), and tie each of your offerings back to the main
thread. Dont worry if the main thread is quite abstract (helping someone live their best life is
totally acceptable) - youll find that as your business grows, it will naturally begin to find its own
way.
Its TOTALLY ok if what you do goes against the grain. Remember: Creators are change-makers.
Without change, there can be no growth. So embrace change, and make it a key aspect of your
brand.
Whatever you do, try to inspire your audience in some way. No matter what you sell, make your
customers feel inspired, uplifted or excited to work with you. Get creative here - it WILL be worth
it.

Creator, Interrupted
There is a very fine line between archetype - and stereotype.
THE most important requirement for archetypal branding is an open mind, and no assumptions.
Here are some common (false) assumptions about Creators:
~ They know their gouache from their tempera
~ Theyre crafty people
~ They ALL wear headscarves
~ They are non-committal
~ They love anything bright (and preferably tie-dyed)
~ They have a pencil behind their ear...like, 24/7
~ They have divine imagination on tap
~ They are most at home wearing a beret
If any of these are true for you - rock on (except the last one. Thats just living out the clich). Not
your thing? That doesnt make you any less Creator. Stay focused on finding your own interpretation its where the magic is.

Using your Blueprint

On the next page, you will find your Creator Blueprint.
I have created this Blueprint to help you develop your business and brand.
Ive taken all of my knowledge and experience of the Creator, and condensed it into this one
page summary.
This is a snapshot of the essence of who you are. (Archetypally speaking).
Use your Blueprint as a springboard for further exploration.
Use it for guidance when youve forgotten what your strengths are.
Use it when you feel demotivated, and have lost sight of how you can contribute to the world.
There is a space at the bottom for your Top Five Keywords. I recommend that you go through
this Guide, and highlight words that stir something inside of you. Enter those words in the boxes
(its interactive, so you can type straight into them). Theres also a space for your notes.

Sit with it...

Some of the information in this guide may not have come as a surprise to you, but some of it may
have given you an insight into yourself that youve never seen before (or that has maybe been
hidden for so long, youd forgotten it was there).
You may have had some resistance. Thats ok. If this guide didnt resonate with you, please dont
be tempted to re-take the test. It has been rigorously tested for accuracy, and its more likely that
youre resisting the result - not that the result is wrong.
My lifes work is centred around helping people like you create businesses and brands that allow you to fully
express yourself (whilst still ensuring your business looks professional and authentic), and I have
lots of things to share with you - but this is not a linear journey that has a defined start and end
point.
Your brand isnt something you create once, and then get on with running your business. Your
brand is an ever-evolving, living, breathing entity. (Just like you).
I suggest you sit with your Primary Archetype, get acquainted, and start to think about how you
can weave this aspect of you into the heart of your business.

Find your flavour

Using archetypes is not an exercise in conformity.
For me, the most amazing thing about archetypes is that they connect us in ways that we can
intuitively sense...yet, at the same time, acknowledge that each of us is uniquely different.
This is why archetypes are the perfect tool for soulful business: others get us on an instinctive level...yet
we each have a unique flavour that makes us interesting, intriguing and authentic.
For example - I know ice-cream when I see it (or experience it). But chocolate ice-cream will give me a
completely different experience to strawberry. Both are made of the same core ingredients - yet the
flavour provides variety and individuality.
Your Creator may be the ice-cream - but its flavour is up to you to discover.
Is it dark and mellow...or light and sweet? Is it smooth and creamy...or a little bit nutty?
This is where the fun comes in. Now you know a little more about your inner Creator, what that
looks like to YOU is what this process is all about.
No rules. No stereotypes. No expectations.

Final thoughts
I truly hope that this guide to your inner Creator has left you feeling inspired and invigorated. Whether this has
been a timely reminder, or a world-shattering revelation, you have found yourself here because its time for you
to embrace your Creator strengths and gifts.
This is not an exercise in applying a stereotype to your soul. Its quite the opposite.
Your Primary Archetype isnt another box to try and squish yourself into, but rather, its a flexible structure of
meaning that you can apply to the way you communicate through your brand and business.
Dont try to become something you already are (if you try to be authentic, by
default you appear false). Authenticity comes from digging deep, and
making decisions based on integrity - not the latest trend or marketing
gimmick.
Trust that if you brand with heart, the soul of your business will be
a flickering light of hope to those who need you most.
Much love!
