2. BACKGROUND
Testing Activities Pre-FAT
Internal Schneider Electric Testing activities prior to Factory Acceptance Test
(Pre-FAT) commenced last April 13, 2015 and ended last June 19, 2015. The
purpose of this activity was for Schneider Electric to internally execute the
agreed structured test cases and resolve possible defects that may arise prior
to start of the actual Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
This Pre-FAT activity was planned for 2 Cycles where ADMS functionalities will
be executed on a Network Model of 82 circuits and shall be monitored by
MERALCO project team remotely through the issuance of Test Reports by
Schneider Electric daily. Unfortunately, Cycle 1 of Pre-FAT commenced with
only a network model size of 12 circuits. Only during Pre-FAT Cycle 2 was
when the network model size of 82 circuits was achieved. However, the said
82 network model size was incomplete and thus, not all agreed structured
test cases were executed or tested during this activity, meaning that some of
