At the end of this activity, you will be competent in identifying and classifying
resources that facilitate teaching and learning processes.

Your Map
It will be an interesting journey to the world of educational technology. A chance
to visit and observe a learning resource center of a school will start you off.
For this process, explore the world through these steps:

and classify them according to their characteristics
and functions.

how some equipment or facilities are used.

Your Analysis
Were the Learning resources/materials arranged properly according to their
functions and characteristics?

Yes, the books, modules, charts, bulletin, white board, computers,


Led TV, and Projector are used as their function. It can be used by the
students and teacher as well.

Do the guidelines and procedures facilitate easy access to the materials by the
teachers? Why? or Why not?
Yes, the teachers follow instructions by the in-charge personnel. And
the guidelines are simple for them to easily use the materials.

What are the strengths of this Learning Resource Center?


The good in learning resources are it provides much source of
information; teacher and students can have access on it and leads them to
be a competitive one.

What are its weaknesses?


The weaknesses are few numbers of computer and projector, the room
where the books place. Also its ventilation and lightning.

What suggestions can you make?


It would better to fix the ventilation in the room.

Your Reflections
Which of the materials in the learning resources caught your interest the most?
Why?
In all materials, books, modules and technological things because as a Math
educator I really love Mathematics books and module as my references. Also the
Technological things as i wanted to have.

Which gadgets/materials are you already confident to use/operate?


The gadget that I am confidently to use is computer. As I have computer
subject already and it easily to learn. In addition, it has a lot of benefits on it.

Which one do your feel need to learn more about?

Even though I have knowledge on how to use computer, I have still things
that didn't know about it. I want to maximize its use to be more capable that I can
use in my future teaching life.
