Management is the process of setting and achieving organizational goals through its
functions: forecasting, organization, coordination, training and monitoringevaluation.
Leadershipis:theabilitytoinfluence,tomakeothersfollowyou,theabilitytoguide,thehuman

difference between being a manager and being aleader is simple. Management is a career.
