Re: Notice of complaint against Facebook, Inc. and its founder Mark Zuckerberg for trade practice
violations that includes tortious and unjust selective enforcement practices, duplicitous and
prejudicial standards, repeated violations of my Constitutional 1st Amendment Rights, disrupting
my business model, and tampering with my electronic media to render it inoperable.
Dear ACLU:
On Saturday, December 17, 2011, the culmination of events prompted this notice of complaint
against Facebook, Inc. and its founder Mark Zuckerberg for unconstitutional business practices
under the color of a civil tort, the crime of selective enforcement, and the unlawful use of a
communication facility to harass my business model with duplicitous and prejudicial standards. As
a public figure and validated FBI Whistleblower with a sizable network of colleagues and followers,
it is common knowledge that my writing hours begin around 0500 seven days a week.
Several components have caused the production of this complaint. A few weeks ago the NSA
granted my FOIA request while shielding its list of military and national defense contractors from
public scrutiny. The NSA would not reveal if Facebook, Inc. was on that list or was testing and
developing a spy software originally designed for the military and counterintelligence operations.
Regardless, this is not a negative issue for me as a former military defense contractor with a "no
bid" status, unless Facebook, Inc. is using the cyber battlefield to politically sanction
whistleblower patriots, journalists, activists, and advocates of which I am one, for challenging
malignant government corruption and defending the buttressing principles of the U.S.
Constitution.
Facebook, Inc. knew or should have known that previous actions and those on the weekend of
Saturday, December 17, 2011, did tamper with and disrupted my electronic business media.
During the early morning hours on that Saturday [my Shabbat as a somewhat observant Italian Jew],
Facebook, Inc. suddenly and erroneously claimed that I had communicated too many friend
requests and bumped my account offline. Facebook's action damaged my primary office computer
and cost me 3.5 hours to restore the machine to a working state. This mirrored the other
frequency of political sanctions that I have endured for over a decade along with having my
clandestine security clearance repeatedly outed to serve as a passive sanction for my

assassination along with threats of "invented" criminal charges from the Bush White House if I did
not remain silent or tried to publish a book at the same time they states "you will never find
employment in America again".
Facebook, Inc.'s automated claim that I communicated too many friend requests is false given
the deliberate infrequency of friendship requests sent out by me after previously being
electronically sanctioned by Facebook, Inc. while trying to network with fellow journalists and
other persons. Facebook, Inc. is culpable for a repeated pattern of reverse targeting tactics meant
to harass and violate my Constitutional 1st Amendment Rights to Freedom of Speech and
a Free Press. They have repeatedly notified me of an alleged violation of some rule with
automated messages not to friend too many people on their alleged social media network.
Meanwhile, Facebook, Inc. has afforded me with a very limited human to human customer service
experience beyond their principle respondent named Kati. Previously I communicated with
Facebook, Inc. when they took down the Facebook webpages owned by my colleagues, Attorney
Norm Goldman, host of "The Norman Goldman Show" and the Facebook pages of Julia Davis, DHS
Whistleblower, SAG Screenwriter, Journalist, and Actress and also sanctioned Julia Davis'
husband, filmmaker and actor BJ Davis; etal. Additionally after several months, Facebook, Inc.
has still never corrected the cyber PsyOps obstruction that prevents my sharing something to The
Norman Goldman Show's Facebook page, because it will not populate in the "share" dropdown.
Like then as now only Norman Goldman's personal Facebook page with him wearing a white shirt
will appear in the share dropdown. This causes an additional action to post anything on The
Norman Goldman Show's Facebook page, which given Facebook, Inc.'s failure to remedy the issue
appears to take on the PsyOps color of a psychological warfare tactic known in the trade as "no
touch" invisible physical torture. I, Robert Dov Levin am a financial contributor to The Norman
Goldman Show and am discussing a movie and film documentary with BJ Davis, president of the
Fleur De Lis Film Studios. Facebook, Inc. has caused a frequency of disruptive repeat occurrences
against myself and others with their automatically triggers restrictions that seem targeted against
persons who have cause to publish quickly in several places as whistleblowers, truth tellers,
journalists, writers, activists, and advocates, etc. Facebook, Inc. must stop imposing these
delays, slowdowns and outright blocking tactics against our abilities to lawfully publish political,
human rights, social media content, and other appropriate materials.
One double standard results when I attempted to send a friend request to Journalist Bob
Woodward and a handful of other writers. Immediately I receive a threatening Facebook pop-up
changeling me that my account could be interrupted if I do not personally know these individuals.
This is not in keeping with Facebook, Inc. social media mission statement. On another occasion
Facebook's automated security features asked me to purge all previously sent friend requests that
had not been answered and I clicked the button to cause that function to occur, since I never go
into the system and research who has not responded. During another cycle, Facebook, Inc's
automated security features blocked my account for 24 hours from any ability to send or receive
friendship requests. Maybe Facebook Inc. should end its misnomer use of its "friending" feature,
since that juvenile perversion of language would be more accurately expressed with phrases and
categories like comrades of the 99% majority, human brothers and sisters or something in a
negative reverse as terrorists traitor of the 1% minority, peace profiteers, war profiteer, Koch
brother paid agent provocateurs, cyber infiltrators, and Allah akbar Blueberry Pie Marc
Zuckerberg. All of these have equal value since on the Saturday in question, Facebook, Inc. sent
its latest anti-Semitic cyber PsyOps by telling me that out of the 5000 available slots for Facebook
friends, "I must have intimate knowledge of each". Sorry I must have missed Marc
Zuckerberg's invitation to Facebook's hedonistic planetary orgy to schtup the world's masses.
Realistically, I keep to myself and have a very limited number of personal friends that I associ ate
with outside of online venues and regarding same I would not use the term "intimate". Facebook,
Inc. is hypocritical with this standard too, given its lack of human to human interface between its
corporate office and the Facebook end user. Furthermore myself and others are regularly

attacked on line by actors who are blocked and continue to repopulate new Facebook, Inc.
accounts while perpetuating their fractionalizing agendas.
Yesterday, I filed a criminal intelligence report with the FBI and RCMP against two actors with
Facebook accounts in the U.S. and Canada who are culpable for a number of index crimes and will
have to answer for the homicides of 14 victims over the past three years who were members of a
particular organization.
Additionally I'll challenge Facebook, Inc. to prove that any public figure like me who has topped
out at their 5000 Facebook friend limit, actually has or had "intimate knowledge" of all or even a
handful of actors in their lists. If this is truly Facebook, Inc.'s position concerning intimate
knowledge, then let Marc Zuckerberg publish his home address and personal contact information
online or for that matter leave his house unlocked and his car keys in the ignition if he is so
desirous of personal familiarities. Personally I cannot afford to take such chances with all the
mashuganas out there that cross paths with me online each day. All things being equal and
opposite in this regard, to date there must be three dozen friend requests from people in my
Facebook queue that have been left unanswered for weeks. This coming weekend I am going to
accept those friend requests and Facebook, Inc. and Marc Zuckerberg can go pound salt if they
don't like it. In fact only eight people on Facebook, would actually know me by sight if we ever
met in the real world. This is a result of having an outed clandestine security clearance and rarely
showing my face to anyone as I remain a private person as much as I am a public person.
Facebook, Inc. and CEO Mark Zuckerberg are set to go public and be traded as a stock, which
further prompts me to submit a copy of this complaint to the SEC. In my opinion Facebook, Inc.'s
corporate personhood and that of CEO Mark Zuckerberg, should and/or must be held to the
higher standard of the individual and not afforded a selective prosecution pathway by the USDOJ,
whereby, as an example, corporations like Wells Fargo are allowed to pay $148 million dollars in
fines as a recidivism fee for legalized criminality. This is not equal justice under the law and in my
opinion stands as treason given the state of the nation and the economic conditions caused
against our citizens within the American virtual death camp environment. Just a random thought
leading towards corporate character, I wonder what the percentage is for the number of
Facebook, Inc.'s employees between and over the ages of 50-55.
Facebook Inc. knew or should have known their actions are duplicitous, fraudulent and constitute
a civil tort against my colleagues and myself through what amounts to cyber counterintelligence
reverse tactics. This results as sanctions from my prior complaints regarding Facebook, Inc.'s
self-serving practices and their automated security features that misidentify the actions of
Facebook end users attempting to professionally network through the alleged social media
monstrosity. More recently this includes Facebook, Inc. failure to respond when notified that
agent provocateurs using multiple Facebook accounts were repeatedly attempting to fractionalize
our positive efforts conducted in good faith.
These agent provocateurs operating on Facebook, Inc. are blocked using one account name and
then repopulate their Facebook accounts under other false user names to continue their erosive
activities while Facebook, Inc. does nothing discernible to identify those actors' IP addresses to
permanently bar them from Facebook, Inc. Instead and in this matter, Facebook, Inc. has reverse
targeted me as the messenger and has acted with much the same modus operandi recognized as
the sanctioned brought by outlaw government components against federal whistleblowers patriots
and truth tellers.
It is unclear if Facebook, Inc. has any knowledge of the implementation and/or the testing and
development of the new spy software on or through its social media network of websites. That
spy software was originally created for military intelligence, but all indicators recognize its
deployment in the civilian population for use against innocent citizens as involuntary human test
animals. This spy software allows one cyber operator to pose as ten different personas

simultaneously. It is the stuff that I refer to as cyber fascism and something cousin to the evolved
rise of Nazism with many persons having knowledge that I hunt Nazis and did locate and capture
a Nazi SS war criminal in the 1980s. G-d forbid he should rot and be eaten by rats in an Israeli
prison.
Whereas I was trained in counterintelligence reverse tactics and laughed at all of the previously
unknown comic book anti-terrorism "experts" who surfaced for personal profit and the
disinformational purposes of fear tactics after 911, I am keen to quickly pick out most of these
actors or agent provocateurs on Facebook, Inc. and find their attempts egregiously boring, but
nevertheless a nuisance.
Facebook, Inc's previous and more recent reverse sanctions against me possesses the stuff of
unconstitutional vagueness through violations of the [1.] Constructional 1 st Amendment; [2.]
Unlawful Trade Practices; [3.] Selective Enforcement; [4.] the False Claims Act with a Qui Tam
provision; [5.] Felonious Tampering of Electronic Business Media (cyber terrorism); [6.] the
Unlawful use of a Communication Facility; and [7.] Operating a cyber media corporation that has
grown so massive with its interconnectivity and overall functionality that tentacles into all other
primary and paralleling websites requiring or soliciting a log-in interface through Facebook, that I
opine the U.S. Department of Justice and the Security Exchange Commission [SEC] should
implement Antitrust Law procedures against Facebook, Inc. with it having become a complacent
and personal self-aggrandizing blob-like Monopoly.
Money is the new golden pig god and opiate of rabid corporatism, but not for me; I'm an old
Italian Jew and looking for a life and citizenship outside the America Death Camp where your IP
Address has replaces the tattooed numbered forearms of those who will Never Forget!
On the Saturday night in question, Facebook, Inc. made me log-in again while acknowledging an
enormous set of warning pages stating that I cannot friend any person not intimately known to
me and caused me to remove any and all previously communicated friend request, even though
to my knowledge I had already done so a few days earlier. Of the 5000 Facebook friends allowed
and given that persons unknown to me continue to populate friend requests, Facebook is claiming
through it selective and duplicitous enforcement that I must have intimate knowledge of all 5000
people around the world to friend them. So all things being equal under the law, I am filing this
complaint, since other people not known to me are able to send friend requests in my direction.
Facebook, Inc. is a one way street where certain actors are allowed to drive in the wrong direction
while everyone else follows the erroneous rules. I'm very certain that this immediate problem
with Facebook, Inc. is compounded by their gross lack of human to human interface along with
the fractionalizing practices of agent provocateurs who have been continuingly attacking myself
and others for weeks now.
Facebook Inc.'s resent reverse attack against me resulted after sending an email about the
recurring fraudulent Facebook end users and/or agent provocateurs who repeatedly infiltrate to
fractionalize those of us trying to save the dream and promise of America from being completely
replaced by the guarantee of a virtual death camp environment.
Again on the Saturday morning in question, after Facebook, Inc. fired its electronic bullet, it took
me over 3.5 hours to restore my office computer to a place where I could work again. It was my
previous understanding while employed by the FBI that tampering with a business's media was a
federal felony. Let Facebook, Inc. and Mark Zuckerberg give their answers to the questions of
whether or not they are military defense contractor working at the behest of the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security or if Zuckerberg is a member of the FBI's InfraGard/Cointelpro Program.
Given the sheer size of Facebook, Inc., possibly the SEC and USDOJ should enforce the antitrust
laws against the corporate Goliath since it has become so integrated at every level as an alleged
social media network while replacing the need for chat rooms and blogs. Facebook, Inc.'s routine

solicitations to interface log-ins with all other websites possesses the earmarks of a monstrous
data-mining PsyOps octopus.

Facebook, Inc. must find a way to stop technically threatening me. Repeatedly while working online I
am triggering pop-up notices that issue factually incorrect spam warning threatening a suspension of
my ability to post on pages or send invitations to new friends, which in most cases are other
journalists, writers, activists, and media contacts. My post sharing is primarily with my core group of
colleagues and other individual Facebook friends through Facebook's alleged social media website that
has taken over any previous needs for chat rooms or blog posts beyond a primary website address.
Then we must consider that if I actually had 5000 Facebook friends on my account, I opine that
Facebook, Inc. has no legal right to gag and prevent my communicating with same in violation of my
1st Amendment Constitutional Right of Free Speech and a Free Press while sharing posts with my
Facebook friends, groups and presently Facebook friends in waiting that are stacking up in the queue.
Facebook, Inc. in this most recent example has violated several laws and the Oregon Unlawful Trade
Practices Act [UTPA] while threatening me not to post a link and comment for the film documentary,
"Panama Deception" on "The Norman Goldman Show" Facebook page after one of Facebook Inc.'s
employees named Kati, stated in writing that I could paste directly to that specific Facebook page,
because Facebook, Inc. has still not corrected the technical issue preventing that page title from
populating in the drop-down list while trying to use the share feature. I am a colleague of attorney
Norm Goldman and a financial contributor to his radio show.

George H.W. Bush ordered an aerial EMP radiation test over New York City from a refitted U.S.
military A-6E Intruder that killed American and Canadian citizens and caused a massive regional
blackout. The matter was reported to be later covered-up by Senator John McCain during a scapegoat
hearing that blamed a power company engineer in exchange for McCain's military records being
permanently sealed. This information was part of the reason why the last Bush White House
telephonically threatened me with the government's invention of a criminal charge if I published a
book and did not remain silent. Meanwhile they outed my clandestine security clearance multiple
times, blacklisted me from employment and committed several other actionable offenses constituting
"no touch" invisible physical torture. These are some of the reasons why I am seeking citizenship and
a life outside of the nation of my birth and for the same reasons why many Jewish people fled
