Responsible for providing the support in L2 level depending on the priority of
the issues to meet client SLA ;
Identify tasks from Ticket Lists assigned in BMC Remedy;
Managing Releases and changes in production environment ;
Running shell script like DVT, Un-Deployment, Corba Timeouts etc to automate
the manual jobs in UNIX environment;
Perform the daily health check of the application on production environment.
Initiate IT bridge calls to resolve the issues, which impact multiple interfaces ;
Have Written SQL queries as per requirement ;
Monitoring & scheduling Autosys Jobs ;
Writing & Enhancing existing Shell Scripts ;
Managing Customer Escalations ;
Constant analysis, system monitoring, responding to customer queries and
responding to critical/severe business issues and doing appropriate escalation
based on criticality and feasibility ;
