VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION OF

CONJUGAL PROPERTY REGIME

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF DISSOLUTION is made and executed at the City of CEBU, this
8th day of JUNE 2016, by and between SPOUSES:

MARCO A. MUNIZ, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at NO. 2, CUBANA ST., VISTA GRANDE, TALISAY CITY, CEBU,
hereinafter referred to as the HUSBAND.

-AND-

JENNIFER L. LOPEZ, Filipino and with residence and postal address at NO. 7,
EMERALD ST., GEMSVILLE SUBD., LAHUG, CEBU CITY, CEBU, hereinafter
referred to as the WIFE.

WITNESSETH; That

WHEREAS, the SPOUSES, as per agreement in their marriage contract dated 15

December 2004, have entered into a Conjugal Partnership of Gains to govern property
relations between Husband and Wife.

WHEREAS, the SPOUSES, as a result of an amicable settlement, agree to

dissolve such conjugal partnership of gains;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

HUSBAND and WIFE therefore agree to the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SEPARATION OF PROPERTY - Each property belonging to the HUSBAND

and WIFE, respectively, shall be returned to their respective owners;

2. COVERAGE OF SEPARATION This Contract of Dissolution shall cover

ALL personal and real property originally belonging to the HUSBAND and

 WIFE, respectively, including those acquired before and after the marriage of the
SPOUSES.

3. NON-REVOCABILITY This Contract of Dissolution shall finally and

conclusively pronounce that the spouses will not share in any part of the income,
property, or any other interest that either HUSBAND or WIFE shall receive.

4. VENUE OF JUDICIAL ACTION Should any dispute anent this agreement

arise, the parties agree that the venue of judicial action shall be in a Regional Trial
Court of Cebu City specifically designated as a Family Court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein affixed their signatures on the date
