MESSAGE ON THE MOA SIGNING WITH ABRA PPO

(Greetings)
This day is a very momentous day for the barely infant GLOC 28A Abra Chapter. The GLOC
28A is still an infant as it was only founded during the last quarter of 2016. And being a new
Chapter, it has only 15 members but as of now we also have 10 applicants who will undergo the
probationary status for six months. GLOC International envisions itself to become a reliable and
dependable civic radio communication service organization. Equipped with skills, knowledge,
training, and logistics to interface any emergency situations, be it man made or natural disasters.
Global Communicators shall be a role model in the community, and an organization that will
contribute its service to humanity and country. With these visions for the GLOC International,
we are not therefore for quantity but for quality. We are after members who can truly dedicate
themselves to service to humanity and country.

The GLOC 28A Abra Chapter is indeed very fortunate with this signing of Memorandum of
Agreement between the Chapter and the Abra PPO. I presume not all civic organizations in the
province are taking initiatives for a similar Agreement with the PNP. And we are also very glad
and privileged that the groups intention was openly accepted by the Abra-PNP. For that, we are
very grateful. May I take this opportunity then to express the Chapters gratitude and
appreciation to the Provincial Director, Senior Supt. Alexander Camilon Tagum. Thank you also
to the PCR Division.

Before I end, I would also like to reiterate the Chapters intention to fully abide with the
provisions of this MOA and to put them into action. We are looking forward for a fruitful
cooperation, collaboration and working relationship with the Abra PPO.
