TO PLAINTIFFS PROPOSED VOIR DIRE QUESTIONS

The World of Boxing Parties object to Plaintiffs voir dire questions as follows:

Questions 1-3

This is not a case about injuries during sports, and the suggestion that someone in this case

was or could have been hurt is prejudicial. The questions should not be asked.

Questions 13-14

This is not a baseball case, or a Hall of Fame case. The question suggests that there is some

similarity between Barry Bonds, who was convicted of obstructing justice, and Mr.

Povetkins case. The questions are improper, prejudicial, and would give the Courts

imprimatur to a suggestion of guilt by association even though there is no association

whatsoever.
