In the long run, I wish to be a successful business leader and to be recognized as a
valuable contributor to the industry and the society. I want to be a person who strives
hard for the success of his organization and makes a difference in his chosen field and
who adds the value of excellence to whatever he does. Being at Cognizant will
encourage my intellectual curiosity and allow me to explore new horizons. It will provide
me with valuable access to highly qualified mentors and colleagues, their vast
knowledge and career opportunities. Cognizant will prepare me for a high-flying career
as a top corporate leader, equipped with the wherewithal to occupy the very top
echelons of the corporate world.
Cognizant program provides young managers opportunities for professional
advancement. The career streams depend on my aspirations. I shall receive direct
mentorship from business and functional heads. My career will be tracked regularly,
while my growth is fast tracked with the purpose of making me a part of a talent pool

of companies for strategy projects. The company has an open door policy which will
allow me to interact with Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and VPs and talk about topics related to
strategy, business execution and marketing.

the open culture, caring management, productive meaningful work and freedom to
experiment
As part of the Cognizants program I shall not only get a holistic understanding of the
