AFFIDAVIT OF NON - TENANCY

We, DOUGLAS DONQUILAB and PERLITA P. DONQUILAB, of legal

age, married, Filipino and with residence at Tipanoy, Iligan City, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, depose that:

(1) THAT we are the registered owner of a certain parcel of land located
at Purok 9, Tipanoy, Iligan City, and covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. T-25,975 of the Registry of Deeds of Iligan City, and
more particularly described as follows:

A Parcel of land (Lot 2, of the consolidation

subdivision plan Pcs-12-000193, being a portion of Lots
15-I-6, 15-I-7 and 15-I-8, Psd-12-004690 LRC Rec. No.),
situated in the Bo. Of Tipanoy, Iligan City, Island of
Mindanao. Bounded on the NW., along the line 4-1 by lot 1;
on the NE., along the line 1-2 by lot 3; on the SE., along
line 2-3 by lot 3; on the SW., along line 3-4 by lot 15-I-4,
Psd-12-004690; all of the consolidated - subdivision plan.
Beginning at the point marked 1 on plan, being S. 27
deg. 03 E., 4184.06 m. from BLIM No. 1, Iligan Cadastry;

thence S. 38 deg. 53 E., 14.41 m. to point 2;

thence S. 48 deg. 18 W., 17.23 m. to point 3;
thence N. 30 deg. 11 W., 15.29 m. to point 4;
thence N. 50 deg. 19 E., 14.50 m. to point of
beginning;

containing an area of two hundred thirty six (236) square

meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated
on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows:
points 3 and 4 by old points and the rest by PS Cyl Conc
Mons 15x40 cm.; bearings true, date of the original
survey, April 18-19, 1924 and that the subdivision survey
was executed by Salvador G. Laranjo Geodetic Engineer,
on March 15, 1984.

(2)That said parcel of land is non-tenanted, and that we are in

possession of said land;

(3)That we execute this affidavit to declare the truthfulness of the

above statements .
