DEED OF DONATION A PARCELS OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, entered into by and between:

WE. SPS. NARCISO SANTOS AND REYMUNDA

SANTOS, Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Pondol,
Loon, Bohol, hereinafter called as the DONORS;

- AND -

AMILYN SANTOS LIM, Filipino, of legal age, single, and

a resident of Tagbilaran City, Bohol, hereinafter called as
the DONEE;

-WITNESSETH-

That the Donors are the registered owner in fee simple

of a parcels of land located at Catagbacan Norte, Loon,
Bohol, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 83871

A parcel of land ( 9206, PLS-762, Case No. 9) situated

on the Barrio of Catagbacan, Municipality of Loon, Province
of Bohol, Island of Bohol. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2
by lot no. 9207; on the SE., corner 2 by lot no. 9220; on the
SW & NW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Municipal Road (10.00
meters wide); and on the NE., along line 5-1 by lot no. 9205;
all of PLS-762. Containing an area of EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY
NINE (849) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 83872

A parcel of land (Lor no. 15350, PLS-762, Iden. To Lot

No. 10396-A, CSD-07-008028) situated in the Barrio of
Catagbacan Norte, Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol,
Island of Bohol. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Bohol
Strait and Environmental Protection (20.00 meters wide); on
the NE., lines 2-3-4 by lot no. 10397, PLS-762; on the SE.,
along lines 4-5-6 by Municipal Road; on the SW., along lines
6-7-8 by lot no. 15351, PLS-762, Iden. To lot no 10396-B; and
on the SW., along line 8-1 by lot no. 10395, PLS-762.
Containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
THIRTY TWO (2,532 ) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
 That for and in consideration of the LOVE AND
AFFECTION which the DONORS have for the DONEE, the said
DONORS, do by these presents, transfer, cede and convey
by way of DONATION unto the said DONEE, her heirs and
assigns the above-described parcels of land free from all
liens and encumbrances whatsoever,

That no other donation was made within this year

whatsoever;

That the above-parcels of land are not tenanted nor

leased to any person pursuant to PD 27; and

That said parcels of land has no existing improvement

found therein;

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE does hereby accepts the foregoing

donation of the above-described properties for which she
expresses her sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the
kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONORS and the DONEE

have hereunto affixed their signatures this 05 TH day of
February, 2017, in the City of Tagbilaran, Philippines.
