Reminders:
- Final exams are open from December 16 until December 22, 2016 (3 days extension)
- Prelim/Midterm Exams requires EXAM Voucher Pin; Final Exams require Exam Voucher Pin + Proctor Password
- Students will not be able to move to the next ILO until they passed all the required assessments/LOs
- Proctor password was set only during QA testing period; No proctor pw during exam day for Prelim, Midterm only
- We are using mode 1 of EXAMVOUCHER SYSTEM: 1 exam = 1 voucher pin
- If students have 2 e-learning subjects for prelim = issue 2 PINS
- Exam PIN is not tied up to student USN - release/issue on FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE basis then use logsheet for issuance
monitoring
- Once EXAMPIN is used in online exam , it will be locked to that student
- Branch can re issue another PIN if student encountered error/or system reject
- Unused EXAMPIN for prelim will be used for next exam - midterm/finals
- Advise student not to LOSE/SHARE exam PIN
- CLOSING OF ALL ONLINE EXAMS: DECEMBER 22, 2016 (LOS and Major Exams)
- ELC/F2F Deadline of encoding grades: December 22
- Posting and releasing of grades in ABLE portal: December 23
- Opening of Completion Exam (CEXAM 20162): December 24, 2016 Password: TFD5433 (All 2nd TRI SY16-17 CEXAM)
- Closing of 2nd TRI Completion Exam: April 19, 2017 (End of 3rd TRI sy16-17)

*Students who fail to complete all ILOs and hence fail to take the FINAL EXAM until the last day of exam schedule will
get a grade of Incomplete (IC)

Requirements to take online major exam

- Site portal: http://able2.amaes.com
- student must have an EXAMPIN, 1 for each subject
- all LOs (learning outcome quizzes) covered by PRELIM must be taken first
- student must passed all LO - grade must be > 50
- prelim/midterm/pre-final are set to unlimited attempts until student passed or have grade =100
