Blessing of Drivers

Gracious God,
we ask that you pour forth
your blessings upon these
drivers. Fill them with your
Spirit
so that they may have
the wisdom and
understanding
as well as the patience
and humility so needed
on the roads today.

Surround their cars, trucks,

and motorcycles
with your angels.
Grant them safe passage.
May they mirror the
mystery
of the Visitation
in all their travels.

We ask this through

Christ our Lord.
Amen.
