Preface
HUMANIS have chose to focus on the areas of work, business and organizational
because these are central element in many peoples live today. Futhermore, the work
world is going throught tumultuous changes, from the decline of job security to the rise of
new structures for organizationing people and work. We believe that change is need at all
levels individual, organizational, community, and global.
We seeks to create new lenses for understanding organizations to legitimate topics
that people care deeply about but that current business orthodoxy censors or considers
secondary to bottom line concerns and to uncover new meaning, means and ends for
our work and work lives.
Our training & consulting program provides a conceptual framework and many how-
tos for moving from the role of traditional habit to a performance based employee.

Menekuni dunia pelatihan sejak tahun 1996 dan memiliki pengalaman sebagai

perusahaan, yang kemudian memutuskan untuk mendalami bidang Psikologi
baik formal maupun informal.

Minat yang besar pada bidang perilaku serta pengalaman pada fungsi HRD
di beberapa perusahaan lebih dari 10 tahun, mendorong untuk mengikuti

Sertifikasi Personal Profile-MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) dari CPP Palo
Alto, USA tahun 2006.

Saat ini lebih fokus program-program assessment berdasarkan kompetensi


dan penyelenggaraan Training Human Behavior yang berbasiskan perilaku
dan kompetensi. Untuk menunjang pengetahuan di bidang perilaku
manusia, maka memutuskan untuk mendalami bidang Hypnotherapy pada
lembaga Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy.

Mengawali karir sebagai sales dan dalam waktu singkat mengembangkan
karir yang luar biasa. Penulis buku yang produktif ini bekerja di sebuah multi
national company di bidang farmasi.

Pengalaman yang ekstensif di dunia sales dan marketing memberikan


pengalaman praktis yang luar biasa untuk menjual ide dan produk kepada
berbagai perusahaan dan level audience
