Vegetable (Pinakbet)

INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of sliced pinakbet vegetables.
Balaw
Sliced Onions and Garlic
Silver Swan Toyo
Magic Sarap.

PROCEDURES:
1.Heat the pan on the stove and put the oil. Wait until its hot.
2.Put the onion and the garlic
3.Then put the vegetables and then the balaw.
4.Put the toyo , and a glass of water. And mix it.
5.Add the seasoning(magic sarap,)
6. And after a few minutes taste it, then when it taste good.
7. Wait few minutes again until it cook.
8. And serve.
Fish (Tilapia Sweet& Sour)

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Tilapia (fish)
Sliced Onion and Garlic
Tomato Paste
Tomato Sauce
Magic Sarap
Baguio Sili
Carrots

PROCEDURES:
1. Heat the pan and put the oil.
2. Then fry the fish (tilapia)
3. And when the tilapia is already cook. Put it in plate and proceed to a sweet
and sour sauce.
4. Heat the pan again with oil.
5. Put the sliced onion and the garlic.
6. When the garlic is color brown put the tomato sauce and tomato paste.
And mix.
7. And serve it.
Sandwich (Ham Sandwich)

INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of sliced bread
Mayonaise
1 Fresh Egg & 2 Boiled Egg
Ham
Bread Crums

INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of sliced bread
Mayonaise
1 Fresh Egg & 2 Boiled Egg
Ham
Bread Crums

PROCEDURE:
1.Prepared all the all ingedients.
2.First, put the ham in the fresh egg and after that put it also in the bread
crums.
3.Then fry it.
3.And then put the mayonaise in a small bowl with the the pieces of boiled
egg.
4.Then, put 1 sliced ham in the bread.
5.And tinly spread the mayonnaise in the bread.
6.Cut into small triangles.

Appetizer (Grahams with chocolate filling)

INGREDIENTS:

Graham
Goya Chocolate

PROCEDURES:

1.Melt the chocolate on the hot pan.


2.Divide the Graham into a small flakes.
3.And tinly spread the chocolate filling in the graham flakes.
4.And Serve.
