INTRODUCTION
Vocational training institute is place where an individual attains specialized and practical knowlwdge in a
particular field by having in an in-depth study and training of the specific object.
Vocational training prepares learners for jobs that are based in manual or practical activities, traditionally non
academic and totally related to a specific trade ,occupation or vacation , hence the term , in which the learner
participates.it is sometimes reffered to as technical education , as the learner directly develops expertise in a
particular group of techniques or technology.
It prepares people for specific trades , crafts and careers at various levels from a trade , a craft , technician or
high professional practitioner position in careers such as engineering , accountancy, nursing, medicine,
architecture. Law etc.
Craft vocations are usually based on manual or practical activities and are traditionally non-academic but
related to specific trade , occupation, it is sometimes reffered to as technical education as the trainee directly
develops expertise in a particular group of tecniques.

NEED
-India growing toward the 21st century and india still struggling to come out of the 17th century. So there is a
need of vocational training institute in india which provide individuals with the employibility skills needed to
address indias growing need for skilled manpower.

-For educate the employees for better performance and to earn profitable outcomes.
-In more recent years, the need for skilled workers and for competent technical staff has sharply increased and
the pressures thus generated have been reflected by the establishment of skill training institutions

AIM AND OBJECTIVES


-To create an environment for full development of people to enable them to realize their full potential.
-To provide space which support self employement and broaden ones horizon and aware them on the latest
trends in the market.
