Batching Plant - equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete.
Some of these inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate (rocks, gravel,
etc.), fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement.
Batching Plant Equipment and Parts
1. Wheel Loader - make your material handling and loading jobs safer, faster,
more precise
2. Aggregate Batching Machine for the storage of the sand and gravel
depending on their sizes
3. Feed Conveyor with Hopper - referred to as vertical belts or discharge belts
are used to take products up under a steep gradient
4. Concrete Mixer refer to a mixing tank for the cement and aggregates as
based on the measurement plan
5. Cement Weighing Machine used for the measuring of the cement before
going to the concrete mixer
6. Water Weighing Machine - used for the measuring of the water before going
to the concrete mixer
