Into the matter of Domestic Enquiry in r/o charge of a false

reporting of a call of a Doctor,I ,Bikramjeet singh,Diabetes Team,HQ,Amritsar
working as Scientific Sales Executive with M/s Sanofi India Ltd.,feel concerned to
place on record the following statement for your astute consideration to help you
taking the right decision in its right perspective ;

That I have been appointed as SSE to promote sales of the

Companys products in conformity with the established norms & work practices.

I am supposed to report daily activities report of my

territory of having met the doctors in a format through a portal of Optima.

That while reporting over this portal,there is every possibility

of an inadvertent error in reporting a particular call,essentially when the doctor is
listed just one after the other.

That the error committed is just incidental due to software handling of the key pad.

That there has never been any complaint or charge having ever been painted by the
management as false call and perceived as Gross misconduct or misdeed or
an act subversive of discipline as being stipulated now in the charge sheet of
Ms.Taruna Chauhan.

That the contents of my above statement are true & correct & nothing has been
concealed materially thereof.
