Our Negotiation process helps clients search for an agreement that satisfies
various parties and brings win-win situation in which all parties are satisfied.
MCN Mediators bring creative ways to help parties in a disagreement to hear
one another, to minimise the harm that can come from disagreement (eg
hostility or demonising of the other parties) to maximise any area of
agreement, and to find a way of preventing the areas of disagreement from
interfering with the process of seeking a compromise or mutually agreed
outcome.

As Conciliator
MCN creative approach to facilitated search for agreement between disputing
parties. A Conciliator acts like a Mediator, except that if the parties fail to
reach agreement, the Conciliator will usually make a Recommendation of
how the dispute should be settled. The parties are free to accept or reject the
Conciliators Recommendation. Occasionally the terms of the parties
contract provide that if the Conciliators Recommendation is not rejected
within a specified period of time it becomes final and binding on the parties.
