Tortilla Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour (plus about -3/4 cup more for kneading)
1 teaspoons baking powder
teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons oil
cup milk, room temperature

Instructions:
Dough
1) Sift the flour and combine the dry ingredients well.
2) Mix in oil and milk until soft dough is formed.
3) On a flat area, spread some flour.
4) Scoop dough lump out onto the floured area and knead for 2 minutes.
5) Add more flour (a little at a time) as you knead. The dough ball is
ready when it is smooth and no longer sticky but elastic.
6) Put the dough back in the bowl to rest and cover it with a damp cloth
for 30 minutes.
7) After 30 minutes, uncover the bowl and divide the dough into 8
equally sized balls.
8) Put the balls on a plate and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
9) On a flat surface, spread some flour. Take out one of the balls and
press it down to flatten it.
10) Flour your rolling pin, roll into a circle of about 10 inches in
diameter. Set the disc aside and do the same to the rest.

Cooking
1) Heat up a pan on high heat. Once it is extremely hot, throw a tortilla
disc on there.
2) Bubbles will start to form as it heats up.
3) When the bubbles have covered the whole surface of the tortilla, flip it
over and cook for 30 more seconds.
4) Put on a plate and at your favourite ingredients and VOILA! You have
your tortilla wrap!
Crepe Recipe

Ingredients:
1cup flour
2/3 cup cold milk
2/3 cup cold water
3 large eggs (beaten in a bowl)
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for brushing on pan)

Toppings:
Any jam flavours, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or any toppings that you
like!

Instructions:
Batter
1) In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, set aside to cool
2) Sift 1 cup of flour into a big bowl. Add teaspoon of salt into the
bowl.
3) Pour 2/3 cup of cold milk into the bowl and mix it evenly.
4) Add 3 beaten eggs into the mixture and mix it.
5) Add in 2/3 cup of cold water to dilute it and add 3 tablespoons of
melted butter in the end.
6) Set the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Cooking
1) Heat up a 10-inch pan. When its heated brush a thin layer of butter
on the pan.
2) Bring out the batter and give your batter a stir.
3) Pour a ladle of batter into the center of the pan and then tilt the pan
in all directions to cover the bottom evenly (add more or pour out the
extra).
4) Cook for about 1 minute, or until browned on the bottom. Flip and
cook briefly on the other side.
5) Remove from pan and put your favourite toppings on, ENJOY!
