Demand is an economic principle that describes a consumer's desire and
willingness to pay a price for a specific good or service. In other words, it is the
willingnessofanindividualtobuyacertainproductoravailservicesatagivenprice.
Understandingthemarketdemandisanimportanttoolinstudyingthepotentialmarket
foracertainbusiness.Itdetermineswhetherthesaidbusinesswillbemarketableor
profitableinthefuture.Theanalysisofmarketdemandinthisstudyisbasedonthe
secondarydataacquiredbytheproponentsonareasconcerningthecarwashindustry.
However,differentfactorsaffectingthemarketmustbeconsideredindetermining
thedemandofacertainindustry.Onefactorthatwillaffectmarketdemandisthepriceof

the carwash services. Given the data, 37.90% avails the carwash service once a week,
42.50%,twiceaweek,6%foronceandtwiceamonth,and7.6%others.Thus,ifthemarket
availstheservicefortwiceaweek,inoveralltherewouldbeanincreasingdemandforthe
service.
