From this experience,I had seen different kinds of places of interest and discovered some problems of the
tourism of Hainan.First, it is harmful for local people to raise the price of food to earn much more money.This
will lead to a bad impression on tourists. Second,the hotels we stayed did not match its star.Because the hotels
were a lack of some infrastructures.I had learn better my subject through this practice.

Before I take this part time job, I think Starbucks is a good company.Although I have learnt some skills by being
a waitress, I found out some issues of this company.People would like to think it has a good service,but in fact,
as a waitress, it is now more involved in earning money than providing good service.And the manager will give
you some sales target to achieve everyday,and you should finish it as your priority.In addition, when the first
day joining the company,the manager told me that they have a comfortable working atmosphere and every
college have great relation with each other,but one time when i was injury, the partner didnt care about
me,which make me frustrate.

As a internship, I learnt how to help the exhibitor build a booth. At the same time, I also found its
drawbacks.First,its construction was old and had not make a refurbishment.Second, it provided bad service to
customers.Our leader would yell to the customer,which was likely to leave a bad impression on them.Third,the
exhibitor did not know how to build a booth so that they made many mistakes.Fourth,the issue of management
emerged during the period of the exhibition.

I had learnt the basic skill of an cashier.And I found that the manager of the FamilyMart lacked the basic
management skill,they just know to instruct you to do things, but did not know how to bond the relationship
between the staff and create a suitable working atmosphere.
