Understanding and Investigating the Jihadi Threat

This is the only training program for law enforcement in the nation which actually gives officers
ways to proactively find terrorists in their communities, map out the terrorist network in the
community, and create innovative investigative strategies to aggressively tackle the threat at the local
level.

Day 1 provides: an overview of the jihadi threat to the United States today; an understanding of Sharia,
its foundation, its authority, and its relation to threats posed by jihadis; critical principles and specific
details of Sharia and how they are practically applied by jihadis today; and why this information is
relevant for local law enforcement.

Day 2 provides: a history of the Muslim Brotherhood, Muslim Brotherhood doctrine, the Jihadi
Movement and network in the United States including a case study of US v Holy Land Foundation
(Dallas, 2008) - the largest terrorism financing and Hamas trial ever successfully prosecuted in U.S.
history; a brief on Iran/Hizbollah and its significant involvement in terrorism and criminal activity in the
U.S.; and a detailed understanding of street violence emerging from the alliance among the Muslim
Brotherhood and violent anarchist groups including Black Lives Matter.

Day 3 provides: details from the most successful undercover operation since 9/11 (Chris Gaubatzs
insertion into Hamas in the U.S.); Americas founding principles as they relate to U.S. law and
government; the detailed threat from the Islamic Movement for the local community in which the
presenters are teaching; local organizations and leaders are identified by name and their activities
detailed; specific methods to obtain reasonable suspicion and/or probable cause to give law enforcement
options to open investigations, obtain search warrants, or utilize specific investigative techniques on
individuals suspected of nefarious activity; developing an information base via asset recruitment,
penetration of hostile organizations and ideas for penetrating suspected locations/ organizations; how to

research and map out the jihadi network.
