General summary of our corporation

DaDa International is a medium company with an office, a
factory, stores, and restaurants in West Germany. We are presently
set up restaurants in Stuttgart and Hamburg and the factory in
Munich where helps to support our restaurant in Munich, West
Germany that means we achieves our goal from Quarter 2. Dada
Pancake Bar in Hamburg, our new enterprise, is the most
profitable for our company. Dada Ice-cream Cafe in Cologne and
Dada Pancake Bar in Munich have made great profits relatively.

Profitability of the 4 enterprises in terms of revenue generated for
Q4.

Dada Cologne Store ($5,316). Dada Cologne Store have made

quite small profit to our company. The main profitable products
are manufactured goods although the large number of products
are foodstuffs.

Dada Pancake Bar in Munich ($30,675). Dada Pancake Bar in

Munich has ordered supplies in large number that made the great
influence in this quarter to increase revenues and profits and tend
to grow fast like Dada Pancake Bar in Hamburg.

Dada Ice-cream Cafe in Cologne ($38,966). Profits in this Quarter

is quite large number and grows fast throughout 4 quarters;
however, we are planing to order supplies in a large number and
expanding size of enterprise.

Dada Pancake Bar in Hamburg ($62,874). In quarter 4, we just

opened Dada Pancake Bar in Hamburg that has made the greatest
profit to our business that can support in terms of increasing cash
to open new enterprises such as factory and restaurants to avoid
taking losses in process of all company.

last quarter, we have developed our ability of workers that can
increase efficiency of our store and ordered more products to serve
all customer. We have already decreased some prices of products
that are unsalable but we still got some profits from these products.

We just opened Dada Pancake Bar in week 35, quarter 3.

From the growth chart, our profits have grown fast during this
quarter; however, in some weeks, we faced a problem be out of
stock of jam that is the major problem of taking losses in some
weeks. Moreover, this is the main reason to open new jam factory
for supporting our restaurants. As a result, Dada Pancake Bar in
Hamburg is the most profitable enterprise for our company.

Dada International has increased cash every week because we

ordered a lot of products and decreased prices of some products
that affect purchase volume to be increased and make our
company have many products to sell in a large number to
customers. The new strategy that we have just used in Quarter 3-4
is advertising in newspapers that can attract more customers to our
restaurants and stores.

Conclusion

From Quarter 1-4, our company started from a small store in
Cologne, West Germany. We have continued to expand to
restaurants (Ice-cream Cafe and Pancake bar) and factory to
another cities such as Stuttgart, Hamburg, and Munich. In quarter
3-4, we tried to advertise our restaurants making a great influence
in terms of revenue and profit to our company. As a result, Dada
International have a great profit and manage business effectively.
