HI-TEMP HEPA
There are instances specially in Pharmaceutical Industry,
the working temperature of the system can reach as high as
300 C. HI-Temp filters specially made of imported hi

temperature compatible adhesive as sealant can withstand
such high temperature without difficulty.
These filters are available not only on HEPA application but
also for 65%, 85% and 95% ASHRAE efficiencies.
ABSOLUTE HEPA
There are standard conventional Hepa Filters. These filters
are of old, accepted and with proven performance. These
filters are available in both flanged and box type execution.
Made of 100% micro fibre glass these filters have various
type of separator like aluminium, card board, PVC and
stainless steel seperator.
The frames of these filters are also varied for i.e. epoxy
coated CR Sheet, anodised aluminium, wood and stainless
steel sheet. Face guard option are also available in these
filters. Omni pore neoprene rubber, polyurethane,
EPDM and PVC gaskets are used for different application.
The filters are generally available in 150 mm and 300 mm
depth.

Wetted) Rotary Air Filters are being used
extensively for the removal of coarse and
abrasive dust and usually used as first stage
filter in industrial application. These filters are
very tough and rigid and can be operated under
stringent operating conditions.

these filters to remove fiborous dust from the
main air stream.
Being self cleaning in nature and as there is no
requirement of plant shut dow n for
maintenance of these filter, the maintenance
coast automatically becomes very low.
