Angela Merkel prepares law that will fine social media

sites $522,000 a day for leaving fake news stories
online

In a move that will most certainly lead the way to other EU

vassal states adopting similar measures, Angela Merkel is
considering imposing a 500,000 euros ($522,000) fine on
Facebook, and other social media platforms, for each day
they leave a fake news story up without deleting it.

The German government will consider the bill in the new

year. The initiative has bipartisan support, allowing both
official and private complainants to flag content that is
considered fake news.
The law forces social networks to create in-country offices
focused on responding to takedown demands, and makes
social networks legally responsible for compensation,
if a post by individual users were found to slander
someoneand we are confident that no private
individuals will abuse such laws for financial gain.
With George Soros financing the third-party fact checking
organization retained to flag, and censor fake news on
Facebook, we are positive that any publication not of the
neo-liberal, globalist kind, will be properly removed from
social media platforms, so as to avoid Merkels book
burning fine.
Germanys parliamentary chief of the Social Democrat party,
Thomas Oppermann in an interview with Germanys Der
Spiegel magazine said
If after the relevant checks Facebook does not immediately,
within 24 hours, delete the offending post then [it] must
reckon with severe penalties of up to 500,000 euros.
After such laws are passed in Germany, if Facebook were
truly an open communication platform, they should pull out
of Germany and see how the populace reacts to Merkels
brutal attack on free speech.
Do not be fooled, this is a move that clamps down on free
speech, and is something a dictator in a banana republic
would do.
Merkel, for her part will brush such claims aside, and resort
to the standard EU/US excuse of blaming Russia for their
home grown sinister agenda to rule their nations with an iron
fist.
Heat Street reports that the legislation is being push to
combat Russian election hacking in Germany, before
such elections take place, and with no evidence of such
hacking having been proven by German of US officials.
German lawmakers believe this bill will help tackle
the possibility of Russia meddling in Parliamentary
elections scheduled for next year. This follows the
allegations that the Kremlin was behind the hacking of the
Democratic National Committee that led to the leak of
thousands of emails by key aides to Hillary Clinton.
The German intelligence agency has warned that Russia
could try to undermine the elections next year by employing
automated bots on social media to spread fake news articles.
Some members of the government have advocated
criminalizing the spread of so-called fake news.
Patrick Sensburg, a senior MP in Merkels party said recently:
Targeting disinformation to destabilize a state should be a
criminal offence.
Hans-Georg Maassen, the head of Germanys domestic
intelligence agency, told Bild am Sonntag: Facebook is
earning an awful lot of money with fake news. He
added: A company that earns billions from the
internet also has a social responsibility.

US President-elect Donald Trump says North Korea
will not be able to build a nuclear missile that can
reach the United States.

"North Korea just stated that it is in the final stages of

developing a nuclear weapon capable of reaching parts of
the US," Trump tweeted on Monday evening. "It won't
happen!"
The business moguls comments came a day after North
Korean leader Kim Jong-Un announced that Pyongyang is
close to finalizing the development of an intercontinental
ballistic missile (ICBM).
Kim called on Washington to make a "resolute decision to
withdraw its anachronistic hostile North Korea policy."
He said that Pyongyang had "soared as a nuclear power,"
and that it is a "military power of the east that cannot be
touched by even the strongest enemy."
The United States has never accepted the country as a
nuclear state andTrump has not clearly stated his policy on
the country yet.
This is not the first time Trump made such a promise. During
his campaign, he took to Twitter to criticize US foreign policy
and issue statements mostly about the most serious national
security issues.

Recently, he tweeted that the US should "greatly strengthen

and expand" its nuclear capabilities.

Trump has also accused China of military expansionism and

currency manipulation through his tweeted messages.

However, analysts believe that he will need Beijing to be

able to deal with North Korea's mounting confrontation.

On Monday, he also said that "China has been taking out

massive amounts of money & wealth from the US in totally
one-sided trade, but won't help with North Korea.
There is still the question of how close Pyongyang is to
realizing its full nuclear ambitions, as it has never
successfully test-fired an ICBM. In 2016, the Asian
recluse country carried out two nuclear tests and numerous
missile launches.
North Korea has faced international pressure to quit its arms
development and nuclear program but has nevertheless
reported steady growth in those areas in the past years.

Systematic 'fake news' Planted By Britain's

Here is a great overview by Ed Jones of OpenDemocracyUK
of why corporate media are the arch-exponents of fake
news. The media are overwhelming owned and controlled
by billionaires and gargantuan corporations, who depend on
the support of other corporations for ad revenue, and
employ journalists from a narrow, privileged class whose
careers depend on maintaining access to elite sources. It
would be simply astounding in these circumstances if we had
anything resembling a pluralistic media.
The data concerns UK outlets, but the same principles
apply in the US.
One section makes especially disturbing reading. It is the
little-discussed matter of the intelligence services deep
penetration of most western, and in some cases non-
western, media organisations. In short, US intelligence
services and to a lesser extent British ones have for many
decades fed information to sympathetic journalists in key
positions inside the free media, working with them hand in
glove. Additionally, the CIA has sought to put its own people
into publications to shape directly editorial content and
influence public opinion. In some cases, these people may
have reached very senior positions.
Nick Davies, of the Guardian, dedicated a whole chapter of
his book Flat Earth News to documenting these practices.
Strangely, that chapter is rarely mentioned. Journalists who
praise the book instead concentrate on his less revealing
concept of churnalism journalism compromised by
constraints of time and resources.

Jones adds other sources who make much the same
point: Richard Keeble, professor of journalism at the
University of Lincoln, has written on the history of the
links between journalists and the intelligence services. He
quotes Roy Greenslade, who has been a media specialist for
both the Telegraph and the Guardian [and is a former editor
of the Mirror newspaper], as saying: Most tabloid
newspapers or even newspapers in general are
playthings of MI5 [Britains FBI]. Keeble goes on to say:
Bloch and Fitzgerald, in their examination of covert
UK warfare, report the editor of one of Britains most
distinguished journals as believing that more than
half its foreign correspondents were on the MI6
payroll [the British equivalent of the CIA my
emphasis]. And in 1991, Richard Norton-Taylor
revealed in the Guardian that 500 prominent Britons
paid by the CIA and the now defunct Bank of
Commerce and Credit International, included 90
journalists.
Keeble has given many more examples in his book chapter
of the intelligence services infiltrating the media and
changing the politics of the time, including around the
miners strikes and Arthur Scargill in the 1980s and during
the lead-up to the Iraq war in 2003.
David Leigh, former investigations editor of The Guardian,
wrote about a series of instances in which the secret services
manipulated prominent journalists. He claims reporters are
routinely approached and manipulated by intelligence
agents and identifies three ways providing examples for
each in his article in which they do it:
They attempt to recruit journalists to spy on other
people or themselves attempt to go under journalistic
cover.
They allow intelligence officers to pose as journalists
to write tendentious articles under false names.
And the most malicious form: they plant
intelligence agency propaganda stories on willing
journalists who disguise their origin from readers.
Remember that those who should be exposing the
intelligence services manipulation of the mainstream media
are the very same mainstream media that are already
compromised.
In other words, this story of is almost impossible for
the media to tell because it would expose a very
uncomfortable reality: that they are not, as they
claim, watchdogs on power, but rather the lapdogs of
the powerful.

of a senior German journalist admitting that he was recruited
by the US intelligence services (h/t Antonio Nascimento).
Udo Ulfkotte covered the Middle East for the Frankfurter
Allgemeine for 12 years, and says he regularly acted as a
conduit for CIA propaganda. He adds that many of his
colleagues were doing the same, willingly promoting CIA
disinformation.

seismic world events.
But 2016 didnt need such hype. Whats more important is
whether 2017 will be equally sensational. This is what I
predict could shake the world both for good or ill next
year...

Evermore migrants coming to Europe

The Turkish government urged on by its new ally, Vladimir
Putin decides to allow hundreds of thousands of Syrian
and other asylum-seekers through its land to EU countries.
This follows the collapse of a deal between Germany and
Turkey to limit the number of refugees in return for Turkish
citizens being granted visa-free travel to the EUs Schengen
(open borders) Area.

The move is seen by many as revenge on Brussels for the

humiliating rejection of Turkeys application to join the EU.
Inevitably, the new influx of migrants will give a huge boost
to Right-wing nationalist parties as they head into elections
in France, Holland and Germany.

Right-wing extremist leader of France

In May, the French will elect the most extremist president
since the Fifth Republic was created in 1958. A victorious
Marine Le Pen of the Right-wing Front National will swiftly
pledge to take France out of the euro, thus shattering the
political and financial system that has evolved to create
stability in Europe since the end of World War II. For their
part, stunned EU leaders will blithely proceed with plans for
closer European union. In effect, this model will be an
increasingly German-dominated body looking mostly to
embrace former Communist countries in the East such as
Poland and Hungary.

Theresa May goes for broke

As she promised, Mrs May will trigger Article 50 to take
Britain out of the EU by the end of March but then call a
snap General Election in May to give her strengthened
authority to play hardball with Brussels over the UKs future
relationship with the EU.

This will prove to be a masterstroke. Exploiting Labours

weaknesses, the Tories win more than 400 seats and secure
a larger majority than Margaret Thatcher ever achieved.
Jeremy Corbyn steps down after Labour gets fewer than 200
MPs. Theres a minor Lib Dem resurgence, having fought on
a pro-EU platform.

At the eighth attempt, Nigel Farage is elected as an MP.

President Trumps love-in with Putin

Ignoring Obama expelling 35 Russian spies, Trump, vows to
strike a so-called buddy deal with Russia. However, aghast,
Washingtons Cold War era-educated hawks are determined
to stop him. The most significant of these are in the Central
Intelligence Agency (CIA), which is institutionally wired
towards confrontation with Russia.

The CIA views Trump as an irrational man who has been

suborned by Russian security interests. During the ensuing
confrontation between the White House and the CIA, Trump
orders his National Security Adviser to sack senior
intelligence officers. For their part, in London, MI6 chiefs fear
for the future safety of Europe.

Saudi ruler deposed

Decades of repression, overspending and corruption will
finally come back to haunt the Saudi royal family. There will
be a palace coup against the countrys effective ruler Prince
Salman and the regime he has led with his infamous iron
fist. Paying the price for meddling in both the Syrian and the
Yemeni civil wars, he is likely to be replaced by former
security chief Mohammed bin Naif, who has long-standing
links with Washington.

Mugabe toppled in Zimbabwe

For years in bad health, the 92-year-old despot is finally
ousted. With the economy still in freefall and despite his
supporters saying hell rule for eternity, Mugabe is forced
out because his government no longer has enough funds to
pay civil servants, the police and most crucially the
army.
Tragically, his successor, Emmerson Mnangagwa, is best-
known as the bloodstained architect of the genocide in
Matabeleland in western Zimbabwe which claimed 20,000
lives in the Eighties.

Trade War between China and America

As Trump tries to honour his campaign promise of retaliation
for the Beijing government raping America, he slaps tariffs
on Chinese imports. In response, China liquidates U.S.
Treasury bills it has bought pushing U.S. interest rates
higher and tilting both countries economies towards
recession. Meanwhile, the possibility of Chinese/U.S. military
confrontation in the South China Sea grows.

Another Global Financial Crash

The world will pay the price for years of indebtedness and
overspending. According to International Monetary Fund
figures, world indebtedness stands at $152 (122) trillion.
Thats well over twice global output. Much of that debt
such as loans extended to embattled eurozone countries
Greece and Italy will never be repaid.

The crisis in confidence will start with a crash in the bond

markets, setting off a surge in interest rates and quickly lead
to a series of bank failures across the world. This financial
crisis will be more difficult to solve than the 2008 crash
because national governmental finances will no longer be
strong enough to come to the rescue as they did eight years
ago.

Collapse of the eurozone

This financial crisis will be a turning point for the EUs flawed
currency system. Greece will be forced to return to the
drachma triggering a chain reaction, which will quickly see
Italy, Cyprus, Spain and other southern European countries
follow suit and abandon the euro. Greece, Italy (by now back
to using its old currency, the lira) and others will declare
national bankruptcy and refuse to pay their debts.

Small savers and depositors across Europe will see their

investments wiped out, setting off riots. Paralysed by such
chaos, the European Central Bank will fail as member states
will refuse to fund its losses.

Watch out for an acrimonious battle over who owns the

European Central Banks billions of worthless debt. In the
short term, this will set off a round of crashing stockmarkets
and economic depression.

However, there is an up-side. Freed from the straitjacket of

the euro, many European countries will bounce back to
economic health.

Red puppet master of the Middle East

A new order takes shape as the long-established hegemony
of America in the region ends the result of Trump taking
the U.S. along a path of international isolation.

Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, right, will be joined by Iran and

Turkey as the dominant powers in the Middle East, creating a
new security umbrella and making threats to Saudi Arabia, to
a string of smaller Gulf states such as Bahrain as well as
traditional allies such as Jordan.

At last, victories against terrorism

Islamic State will be heavily defeated in Syria, Iraq and South
Asia. Meanwhile, the Pakistani army will drive the Taliban
further out of the tribal areas of the country. Christians will
be allowed to return to the Syrian city of Aleppo and other
areas previously held by extremist Muslim groups. In Iraq,
too, Christians may make a wary return to areas vacated by
ISIS.

The welfare revolution (part 2)

The reforms begun by former Work and Pensions Secretary
Iain Duncan Smith start to make a big difference. Universal
credit the new simplified system replacing Jobseekers
Allowance will be introduced across much of Britain. It will
have a profound effect by making it far easier for people to
move from unemployment into work. Increasingly, other
countries will follow suit as the Duncan Smith brainchild is
seen as the most important legacy of the Cameron
government.

The Russian embassy in London says that the British
authorities are looking to launch an official campaign against
Moscow, based on what senior diplomats in Britain
reportedly called a concerted drive by Russia to undermine
the UK.
Theembassypostedastatementonitswebsiteapparentlymeantasafollowuptoanarticlepublishedby
theSundayTimesinmidDecember.ThenewspaperreportedWhitehallsgrowingconcernsoverRussia,
includingaperceivedcyberthreat,anallegedincreaseinspying,andthedeploymentofusefulMPsand
propaganda.
MoscowisbehindaconcerteddrivetounderminetheUKthroughespionage,misinformation,
cyberattacksandfakenews,seniorWhitehallfiguresbelieve,theSundayTimeswrote.ItaddedthatPrime
MinisterTheresaMaywassoontochairaNationalSecurityCouncilsessiontoexamineRussianactions
towardsBritainanditsalliesanddiscusspossibleresponses.
Initsresponse,theRussianembassyvoicedfearsthattheUKwillattempttouseitsinfluencetobriefthe
incomingadministrationintheUSagainstMoscow.
JudgingbymediareportstheBritishauthoritiesareplanningtoemulatetheObamaAdministration
andlaunchanofficialcampaigntocounterpresumedconcerteddrivebyRussiatounderminetheUK
HMG[HerMajestysGovernment]isalsowidelysuspectedofandexpectedtobrieftheincomingUS
AdministrationagainstRussia,thestatementreads.

ThediplomatsconnectedthepotentialcampaignwithRussiaseffortsinSyria,whichincludeda
humanitarianevacuationfromeasternAleppoandtherecentadoptionoftheUNSecurityCouncil
resolutiononSyria.TheyalsolistedlastyearsEUsummitastheprobablepreambletothewitchhunt,
sayingthatthecampaigncouldattempttorollbacktheJunevotebyplayingontheRussianthreat.
ItseemsthattheWesterneliteswillgotogreatlengthstosavetheirownworldwithitsWashington
consensus,Davosandausterity,evenifitdoesnolongerbenefitanybodyelseThispanicandhystericsis
aresponsetotheoveralllossofcontrol,whichbroughtaboutwarahundredyearsago.Itisalsoalossof
controloverthepublicdebate,exercisedbywayoftheOrwelliannewspeakofpoliticalcorrectness,the
embassystatementsays.
TheembassyaddsthatevenhighrankingintelligenceofficialsintheUKknowthatRussiacanhardlybe
blamedforthetarnishedreputationoftheUSacrosstheworld.
SirRichard[Dearlove],asformerMI6Director,knowsasnobodyelse,thatforexample,mostofthe
damagetoAmericaanditsplaceintheworldwasdonebytheGeorgeW.BushAdministration.Noforeign
agentscouldhaveaccomplishedthatmuch.
ThesameistrueforformerBritishGovernments,althoughinalessspectacularfashionandonasmaller
scale,mostlythroughinaction,thestatementadds.
ThenewscomesadayafterBritishForeignSecretaryBorisJohnsontoldMPsthatitwasprettyclear
thattheUShackingattackcouldbetracedtoMoscow.

AccordingtoJohnson,hetoldtheincomingUSadministration,WedothinktheRussianstatethePutin
Kremlinisuptoallsortsofverydirtytricks,butitwouldbefollyfurthertodemonizeRussiaortopush
Russiaintoacorner.
OnTuesday,DemocraticmembersoftheUSCongresscalledtocreatea9/11stylecommissiontolook
intotheallegedRussianhacking,whilealsourgingcomprehensivesanctions.Adayearlier,theUS
blacklistedseveralseniorRussianofficialsandentities.Thestepfollowedlastmonthsexpulsionof35
RussiandiplomatsandtheshutdownoftwoRussiancompounds,inNewYorkandMaryland.

MrHammond,whenhewasForeignSecretary,tookthe15percentstakeinCambridgeshirebased
HydramachinOctober2015,accordingtorecordsatCompaniesHouse.
MonthslaterinApril2016Hydramachwasoneofeightcompanieswhichwonthegranttodeveloplow
fatandlowsugarsoups,readymealsandsaucesfromInnovateUK,atechstartupquangorunbythe
DepartmentforBusiness.
LastnightaformerstandardswatchdogsaidMrHammondsfailuretomakepublichisshareholdingwas
aseriousfailurebecausethereisclearlyapotentialconflictofinterest.
Hydramachhasnowwithdrawnfromtheconsortium.Howeverthefirstinstalmentofthemoneyfromthe
grantisduetobepaidtotheconsortiumwhichincludesJSainsburyandtheUniversityofChesteron
February1.

AtthetimeofhisinvestmentMrHammondwasforeignsecretary.HedidnottodeclaretheminDecember
2015sregister.
ThefactthatMrHammondtookadirectstakeinacompanywhenhewasaCabinetministerwiththe
possibilityofreceivingadvanceknowledgeofGovernmentplansforstartupcompanieswillinevitably
raiseeyebrows.
ItishighlyunusualforservingCabinetministerstotakedirectstakesinprivatecompanies.
LastnightMrHammond'sfriendssaidHydramachhadpulledoutoftheconsortiumafterwinningthe
contract.
AsourcesaidMrHammonddidntknowthatthecompanyhadenteredtheassessmentstageaspartofthis
consortium,untilaftertheassessmentphasewascomplete.

theyeartoOctober31,2015.
NoonewasavailabletospeaktoTheTelegraphatthecompanysofficesonThursday.Aworkerina
nearbyofficesaidtheteamwereinBuxton,Derbyshire.
SinceMrHammondbecameChancellorandbeforethestakewasmadepublichehasspokenupfor
technologycompaniesingeneralwithoutdeclaringhisinterest.
IntheAutumnstatement,MrHammondunveiledplanstogive400milliontosmalltechcompaniesthat

TheDailyTelegraph:Iamreallysurprisedthatsomeoneofhisseniorityandexperiencehasnotseenfitto

Heresthething:hardslaveryisovert,itsapparentandselfevident.Nothingishidden.Whotheslaveand
themasterareisveryclear.Softslaveryontheotherhand,iscovert.Itisneitherapparent,norselfevident.
Everythingishiddenbehindcomfort,apathy,security,convenience,indifference,andtheillusionof

Political Cognitive Dissonance

Thereisperhapsnomoreprecariousanarenaforcognitiveerrorthanthearenaofpolitics,especially
regardingcivicsandthepsychologyofpower.Thisisbecausehumanbeingsaretotheconditioning
mechanismsoftheirowncultureasfisharetowater.Thedifference?Humanscanthinkabstractly.But
suchthoughtvictimizesitselfwhenitcomestocognitivedissonance;totheextentthatnewknowledge,
evenknowledgebackedbysolidevidence,isignoredinordertomaintainasenseofcomfortandsecurity
withintheculturalmilieu.Maintainingcomfortandsecurityinonescultureisjustfineifthatcultureis
healthyandnotcorrupt,butwhenitisbothunhealthyandcorrupt,suchmaintenanceistantamountto

Sowhatarewetodo?Howdowepreventpoliticalcognitivedissonancefrommakingvictimsofus?We
beginbyquestioningthings;rules,laws,culturalnorms,eventhetruthasweknowit.Itrequiresgetting
uncomfortable.Wemustbeabletodigdowndeepandquestionourpoliticalperceptionsandweighthem
againstmorality,health,freedom,andlove.Wemustnotbeafraidofgettinguncomfortable,evenatthe
expenseofoursecurity.Hell,eventhehouseslaveduringtheeraofhardslaveryhadcomfortand
security.Andsoevennow,thecitizenlivingintheeraofsoftslaveryshouldquestionboththeircomfort
andtheirsecurity.

Why Did the Al-Jazeera Expose Fail?

The Lobby, the Al-Jazeerah expose of the Israeli Embassy
and the Jewish Lobby infiltration into British politics is a
landmark in journalism. It seems that Qatari TV outsmarted
Israeli intelligence in the UK and beyond.

In the program, an undercover journalist named Robin

managed to infiltrate into the corridors of the Jewish lobby in
Britain, secured the trust of a senior Israeli intelligence
officer and, most importantly, managed to reveal the depths
of Israeli interference in British politics.

We learned how Israel and its lobby plot against Britain and
the Brits. In the program, Shai Masot, an Israeli official was
caught on camera conspiring to bring down a British
minister.

We learned how our own treacherous MPs shamelessly serve

a foreign power and foreign interests. In Episode 3 we
witness British politicians and Israeli lobbyists, such as MP
Joan Ryan, caught on camera smearing a Labour voter as an
'anti-Semite', and practically conspiring against her own
party. Ms Ryan does it all for the Jewish state, a state with a
horrid record on human rights and war crimes. I wonder
what is it that motivates MP Ryan? Is it greed, or is it just
power seeking?

The Brits should certainly ask themselves how come it is left

to a Qatari TV network to reveal the shocking news about
their democracy being taken over by a foreign Lobby. Should
this not be the concern for the BBC or the Guardian? And
even after the Al-Jazeera expose, the British media remained
silent and the question must be asked: would it have
stayed as silent had Shai Masot been a Russian? Would
it have stayed as silent if MP Joan Ryan was exposed as an
Iranian lobbyist?
But Al-Jazeera fell into an all-too-common trap. Troubled by
its own findings, it tried to soften them with the usual
politically correct fluff. Instead of concentrating on the British
aspect of this saga and allowing the Brits to speak for
themselves, Al-Jazeera allowed an Israeli - academic Ilan
Pappe to speak for us. Similarly, Jackie Walker, certainly a
victim of the Israeli campaign was also asked, as a Jew" (as
well as a Black person), to spell out for us her own
identitarian philosophy. All other commentators on the Israeli
espionage operation came from recognised Palestinian
solidarity perspectives. Despite the fact that the dirty
dealings of the Israeli Embassy and the treason of members
of the Israeli lobby groups in Britain is a clear offence against
British sovereignty and the British people, only one Brit,
journalist Peter Oborne, addressed the offence from a clear
British perspective.
This is wrong. The Lobby exposed, above all, a gross
interference with British sovereignty, a crude intrusion into
the British democratic process and government. Al-Jazeera
failed because it turned this British national tragedy into an
internal Jewish dispute.

For obvious reasons, Al Jazeera chose not to delve into the

deep, cultural meaning of the Israeli operation. Israel is,
above all, the Jewish state and, as I have mentioned many
times before, plotting against other peoples regimes is
deeply embedded in Judaic teaching and Jewish culture. It is
in practice the message of The Book of Esther, which teach
the Jews how to conspire against their rulers and, by proxy,

Shai Masot was no junior embassy employee as claimed. He
was a senior intelligence officer operating from the safety
and immunity of its embassy on behalf of the Jewish state.
He was working alongside Israeli Ambassador Mark Regev
and the two are seen together in the film, sitting side by
side, addressing various Jewish lobby groups. Shai Masot has
been recalled and, I understand, is currently seeking other
employment. Mark Regev should now be expelled and the
matter must be investigated by MI5.

Corbyn imitates Trump in pledge to tackle UK rigged

The leader of Britains Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn,

says has plans similar to those of US President-elect
Donald Trump to challenge the United Kingdoms
rigged political system.
In an address on Saturday morning, Corbyn said the Leave
campaign, which won the Brexit vote on June 23, and Trump
both recognized the system was broken and the people
werent being listened to.
"Recognizing that your car wont start, however, is one thing,
knowing how to fix it is another. Labour is going to call time
on this rigged system. Because power is in the wrong
hands," Corbyn said in his speech to the Fabian Society
conference, during which he used the word "rigged" for ten
times.
"The way this country is run is lopsided, unbalanced and
unfair," the Labour leader said. "The truth is the system
simply doesnt work for the vast majority of people.
Corbyn said under his leadership, the Labour Party stands
for a complete break with this rigged system, and vowed to
take his country out of the "grip of vested interests."
One senior aide to the leftist politician, said earlier that
Corbyn had taken a whole new approach and that he
would now be "a lot clearer about calling out the injustices
and failures of the political and economic establishment."
Another ally of Corbyn, Ken Livingstone, recently compared
the Labour leader to Trump.
"He's a bit like Donald TrumpHe [Corbyn] says what he
thinks and believes and that is what people will relate to,
the former mayor of London told Sky News on Friday.

The developer WhatsApp, a popular communications tool

that touts end-to-end encryption as one of its prime features,
has denied deliberately leaving a backdoor for the
government to snoop on users communications.
Endtoendencryption(E2EE)isafeaturethatpreventsmiddlemenfromeavesdroppingon
communicationsincludingthecompanytransmittingthemessages.Demandforthefeatureskyrocketed
afterEdwardSnowdenrevealedtothepublicthattheUSanditsallieswereconductingmasselectronic
surveillanceworldwide.
WhatsAppisoneofthemanyapplicationsthatoffersE2EE,havingintroduceditinNovemberof2014
usingOpenWhisperSystemsacclaimedSignalprotocol.SnowdenhimselfhassuggestedtheSignalappas
asafewaytocommunicate.

However,theGuardiannewspaperreportedonFridaythatWhatsApphasabackdoorthatexposesitsusers
topotentialsnooping.Thevulnerabilityliesinthewaytheapplicationhandlesachangeofencryptionkey,
whichusuallyhappenswhenonepartyintheexchangechangestheirdeviceorsimcard,orreinstallsthe
app.
Bydefault,theotheruserisnotnotifiedthattheencryptionkeyhasbeenchanged,althoughthereisan
optiontoturnsuchanotificationon.Moreover,allmessagesthatweresentwhiletherecipientwasoffline
areautomaticallyreencryptedwiththenewkeyandresent.
IfamaliciouspartyweretotakecontrolofaWhatsAppserver,itcouldforceachangeintheencryption
keyandinstallitselfasarelaypoint,interceptingandreadingallmessagesintheprocess,meaningthere
encrypted,resentmessageswouldbeexposedimmediately.Moreover,ifthekeychangenotificationswere
notturnedon,therewouldbenowayfortheuserstorealizethattheywerebeingsnoopedon.
Bycomparison,theSignalapp,whichusesthesameprotocol,alwaysnotifiesusersofencryptionkey
changesanddoesnotautomaticallyreencryptandresendmessages.

Thistypeofattackwouldbehardforacommoncriminaltocarryout,consideringthatWhatsAppservers
arewellprotectedfromhacking,butagovernmentagencycouldtheoreticallyforcethecompanytodothis.

accessduetothechangeinkeys,TobiasBoelter,acryptographyandsecurityresearcherattheUniversity

Thereportsaidthat,inAprilof2016,BoelterhadvoicedhisconcernstoFacebook,whichhadacquired
WhatsApp,butwastoldthattheissuewasexpectedbehaviorandthatthecompanywasnotworkingon
fixingit.
AfterthepublicationoftheGuardianreport,WhatsAppissuedastatementsaying:WhatsAppdoesnot
givegovernmentsabackdoorintoitssystemsandwouldfightanygovernmentrequesttocreatea
backdoor.
Thenewspaperchangeditsarticleaccordingly,callingthepotentialforakeychangeattacka
vulnerability,ratherthanabackdooratermimplyingthatthevulnerabilityhadbeenleftdeliberately.
TheVergereportsaysthattheloopholewasatradeoffbetweenuserconvenienceandsecurity,with
WhatsAppchoosingtomakeconcessionstoappealtolesstechsavvyusers.Itarguesthatagovernment
wouldnotbeabletoexploitthevulnerabilityformasssurveillancebecauseitwouldnotbeabletoconceal
itfromusers.
Itsnotaparticularlyusefultechniqueforlawenforcement:thetargetwouldbenotified,and
investigatorswouldntgetasmuchinformationastheywouldfromanSMSloginhijackorsimplymugging
thetargetwhenherphoneisunlocked.Butifanambitiousprosecutorwantedtoscorepointsinthe
encryptiondebate,itcouldbeaverytemptingsubpoenatofile,thereportpointsout.

TheFoodStandardsAgency(FSA)recommendscarefullyfollowingcookinginstructionsandavoiding

However,CancerResearchUKsaidthelinkwasnotproveninhumans.
TheFSAalsosayspotatoesandparsnipsshouldnotbekeptinthefridge.
Thisisbecausesugarlevelsriseinthevegetablesatlowtemperatures,potentiallyincreasingtheamountof

past the public radar proposing that the United States
withdraw its membership from the United Nations, just as
another bill was being concocted to cut US funding to the

seeksacompleteUSwithdrawalfromtheUN,thattheinternationalbodyremoveitsheadquartersfrom
NewYorkandthatallparticipationbeceasedwiththeWorldHealthOrganizationaswell.
RogersandotherprominentRepublicanshaverepeatedlyvoicedtheideathatUStaxpayermoneyshould
notgotoanorganizationthatdoesnotpromoteUSinterestsespeciallyonethatdoesnotstickupfor
IsraeltogetherwiththeUS.Thenewdocumentismerelythelatestmanifestationofsentimentthathasbeen
brewingforsometime.

Their bill calls for a proper declaration of war before any

Thebillrequiresacongressionaldeclarationofwarbeforethepresidentcanlaunchanuclearweapon,

Asfarasnukesgo,however,therehavebeenattemptsinrecentyearstoreinintheexecutivebranchs

ScientistsandthePloughsharesFundareamongthegroupssupportingthislegislation.
Nuclearwarposesthegravestrisktohumansurvival.Yet,PresidentTrumphassuggestedthathewould

Unfortunately,bymaintainingtheoptionofusingnuclearweaponsfirstinaconflict,U.S.policyprovides
himwiththatpower.Inacrisiswithanothernucleararmedcountry,thispolicydrasticallyincreasesthe
riskofunintendednuclearescalation.NeitherPresidentTrump,noranyotherpresident,shouldbeallowed
tousenuclearweaponsexceptinresponsetoanuclearattack.

Washington has reportedly frozen the transfer of the

multimillion aid bound for West Bank and Gaza, which
Barack Obama is said to have authorized just hours before
Donald Trumps inauguration.
AseniorPalestiniansourcetoldtheTimesofIsraelthatthePalestineAuthority(PA)leadershipwas
notifiedbyUSofficialsthatitshouldnotexpectthepayout,authorizedonJanuary20bythenPresident
ObamadespitestrongRepublicanopposition,anytimesoon.

Accordingtothesource,therespectivenoticewasreceivedbyPAPrimeMinisterRamiHamdallahon
Tuesday,thesamedaytheUSStateDepartmentspokesmanMarkTonersaiditwouldputthepayment
underadditionalscrutinyandseeifanyadjustmentsareneededtobetakenthatwouldcorrespondthe
incumbentUSPresidentstakeontheissue.
Initially,thefundswereapprovedbyCongressinthefiscalyears2015and2016,however,atleasttwo

Becauseofthiserror,duringdecadesofconsensusbuildingprocess,normalcellconstituentswerementally
assembledintoamodelofameaslesvirus.Tothisday,anactualstructurethatcorrespondstothismodel
hasbeenfoundneitherinahuman,norinananimal.Withtheresultsofthegenetictests,allthesisof
existenceofmeaslesvirushasbeenscientificallydisproved.
Theauthorsofthesixpublicationsandallotherpersonsinvolved,didnotrealisetheerrorbecausethey
violatedthefundamentalscientificduty,whichistheneedtoworklegeartis,i.e.inaccordancewith
internationallydefinedrulesandbestpracticeofscience.Theydidnotcarryoutanycontrolexperiments.
Controlexperimentswouldhaveprotectedauthorsandmankindfromthismomentouserror.Thiserror
becamethebasisofbeliefintheexistenceofanydiseasecausingviruses.Theexpertappointedbythe
court,Prof.Dr.Dr.Podbielski,answeringtotherelevantquestionbythecourt,asperpage7ofthe
protocolexplicitlyconfirmedthattheauthorsdidnotconductanycontrolexperiments.
TheOLGStuttgarton16February2016overturnedthejudgmentofthecourtoffirstinstance,dismissed
theactionandreferred,interalia,tothecentralmessageofProf.Podbielskiwithrespecttothesix
publications.TheplaintifffiledanappealagainstthejudgmentoftheOLGtotheSupremeCourt.As
reasonhestatedhissubjective,yetfactuallyfalseperceptionofthetrialsequenceatthecourtinStuttgart,
andtheassertionthatournamingoffactsaboutmeaslesposedathreattopublichealth.Theplaintiffs
positionwasrejectedbytheSupremeCourtinplainwords.Thus,theSupremeCourtconfirmedthe
judgmentoftheOLGStuttgartfrom16February2016.

Conclusions
Thesixpublicationssubmittedinthetrialarethemainrelevantpublicationsonthesubjectofmeasles
virus.Sincefurthertothesesixpublicationstherenotanyotherpublicationswhichwouldattemptby
scientificmethodstoprovetheexistenceofthemeaslesvirus,theSupremeCourtjudgmentinthemeasles
virustrialandtheresultsofthegenetictestshaveconsequences:Anynationalandinternationalstatements
ontheallegedmeaslesvirus,theinfectivityofmeasles,andonthebenefitandsafetyofvaccinationagainst
measles,aresincethenofnoscientificcharacterandhavethusbeendeprivedoftheirlegalbasis.
Uponenquirieswhichhadbeentriggeredbythemeaslesviruscontest,theheadoftheNationalReference
InstituteforMeaslesattheRobertKochInstitute(RKI),Prof.Dr.AnnetteMankertz,admittedanimportant
fact.Thisadmissionmayexplaintheincreasedrateofvaccinationinduceddisabilities,namelyof
vaccinationagainstmeasles,andwhyandhowspecificallythiskindofvaccinationseemstoincreasingly
triggerautism.
Prof.Mankertzhasadmittedthatthemeaslesviruscontainstypicalcellsnaturalcomponents
(ribosomes,theproteinfactoriesofthecell).Sincethevaccinationagainstmeaslescontainswholewhole
measlesvirus,thisvaccinecontainscellsownstructures.Thisexplainswhyvaccinationagainstmeasles

MasonhaswrittentotherelevantUKauthoritiesabouttheseissuesandthesituationinWales,buttheUK

MonsantousingWalesasatoxicdump
MonsantoestablishedafactoryinNewportin1949,andMasonnotesthatthecompanypaidacontractorto
illegallydumpchemicalwasteinBrofiscinQuarry,Grosfaen.Theseincludedpolychlorinatedbiphenyls
(PCBs),thedefoliantAgentOrangeanddioxinsusedintheVietnamWar.WhenPCBswerebannedinthe
US,theUKgovernmentagreedtorampupproductioninaMonsantoownedfactoryinWalesin
1971.Theyweremanufactureduntil1977.ToxicdumpswereestablishedatsevenquarriesaroundWales.
BrofiscinQuarryinGrosfaen,nearCardiff,isoneofthemostcontaminatedplacesinBritain.In2003,the
liningofthequarryburstandtheorangecontentsdrainedintowestCardiff.Accordingtoengineering
companyWSAtkins,thesitecontainsatleast67toxicchemicals.TheEnvironmentAgencyclaimed:they
offerednoidentifiableharmorimmediatedangertohumanhealth.
CitingastudybyWWFUKin2003,MasonshowsthatresiduesofPCBsandotherorganochlorineswere
foundin75adiposetissuesamplestakenfromhumancadaversthroughout1990andearly1991from
Welshpopulations.Theresearchersfound:littlechangesintheconcentrationsofthesecompoundsinthe
Welshpopulationoverthelastdecade,despitereductionintheirusethatcameintoforceinthe1970s.
MasonstatesthatchildreninWaleshavelowscoresinthePISAtests,ameasureofreading,mathsand
scienceabilityin15yearolds,andloweducationalachievementinprimaryschools.
Shealsonotesthatorganophosphatepesticideshavesupposedlybeenbannedbutarenowusedonsalmon

Coverups,deceptionsandthedodgingregulation
Theindustryhasworkedovertimetocoverupitscrimes,totryanddiscreditthosewhochallengeits

mid16Century.For500years,itcausednoproblems.Glyphosatewasintroducedin1974andby1981
bothplantswereclassifiedintheWildlifeandCountrysideActasinvasivespecies.Masonarguesthat

NigeriasFarmersAllianceofover14millionfarmershavecalledonallfarmersespeciallyinthe
Northeasttorejectthegeneticallymodifiedorganisms(GMO)andHybridseedsdistributedbytheUnited
NationsWorldFoodProgram(WFP)andtheWorldBank.
ThebodyinalettertotheUNSecurityCouncil(UNSC),calledforinterventiontostopWFPandWorld
BankfromusingtheirinternationalstatustospreadGMOseedsforMonsantoandCargillinNigeriaand
elsewhereinAfrica.
FarmersAlliancesaidthatBillGateshasusedtheUNWorldFoodProgramandWorldBanktopromote
anddistributeGMOseedsaimedatdisplacinguseofnaturalseedsinBlackSubSaharanAfricaasthe
 firststepofdisplacingallindigenousfarmers,whowillbeleftoutwithnomeansoflivelihood,while
Monsanto(ownedbyBillGates)wouldhaveamonopolyoftheseedmarket.
Thiswasinreactiontoanewsrelease,bytheExecutiveDirectorofWFP,Ms.ErtharinCousin,whichsaid
thatonemillionreturningInternallyDisplacedPersons(IDPs)fromtheNortheastaretobeassistedwith
improvedseedsandagriculturalinputsintheprocessofrebuildingdestroyedcommunitiesduringthis
yearscroppingseason.
However,whatwaskeptsilentandunknowntothepoorNigerianfarmersisthattheirnaturalcropswere
destroyedbyhiredmercenariescalledBokoHarambythesamebillionairesponsors,sothattheywouldbe
replacedwithGMOandHybridseedsfromMonsantoandCargill.Thiswouldmeanthatafterthisfirst
croppingseasonwiththeGMOandHybridseedsplantedintheentireNortheastfoodbasketofNigeria,
theFoodSecurityofNigeriawouldbeeffectivelycapturedbyMonsanto!Farmerscannotreplantthe
patentedGMOandHybridseedsfromMonsanto.
EveryplantingseasontheymustgotoMonsantoseedbrokerstopurchasetheseedsatacostyettobetold
tothem.ShouldtheyreplanttheGMOandHybridseedstheywillgetaharvestwhichislessthanonethird
theirfirst,andsubsequentlytheyieldswouldfalltonoyieldsatall!Accordingtoaspokesmanforthe
group,AhmedSule,thesituationisdireandisaninternationalemergency.
Itrevealsthat,BillGatesandMonsantoincollaborationwiththeWFPandWorldBankareimplicatedin
thecarnagecreatedbyBokoHaram.Itisinevitablethatthepoorfarmersmustbuythenewseedsfrom
Monsantoorelsetheywouldbeoutofbusiness.ThedevastationthatawaitsthefarmersintheNortheastis
evengreaterthanthepresent.ThecostofseedsfromMonsantocouldgoashighas30timesaswasthe
experienceinIndiawithBtCotton,where300,000farmerscommittedsuicidebecausetheycouldnotmeet
upwithcostsofseeds.
Despitethefalsepromisesandpropaganda,thescientificfactsshowthatGMOcropsarefailingtocontrol
pestsandweeds,andhaveinsteadledtotheemergenceofsuperpestsandsuperweeds.

MonsantowhichisownedinpartbyBillGates,theAmericanbillionairewhoisactivelyengagedin
Nigeriapersonally,andthroughseveralenvoysincludingMelindaGates,NGOs,andproxiesintheWorld
BankandAfricaDevelopmentBank,hasworkedrelentlesslytodeceiveAfricaleadersandtricktheminto
approvingGMOsandHybridseeds.BillGateswantstocontroltheseedmarketforallfoodsinAfricas
mostpopulousnation,Nigeria.
ThedestructionsofNortheastfarmlandsanddrivingfarmersawaytobecomeinternationaldisplaced
persons(IDPs)wasthefirststagetomakethemlosealltheirnaturalseedsandcrops,andnowthesecond
stagetoreplacetheircropswiththesocalledimprovedseedsusedasthecodenameforGMOsand
Hybridseeds.In2010,MonsantoadoptedthesameapproachofexploitingdesperatepoorHaitianfarmers
intheaftermathoftheearthquake,buttheHaitianfarmerscaughtMonsantoanddestroyedtheirGMO
seeds.
In2011,HungaryburntalltheMonsantoGMOandHybridcornfieldssimilartothatintheNortheast
Nigeria,citinghealth,environmentalandfoodsecurityconcerns.OtherEuropeancountries
includingAustria,France,Germany,Hungary,Luxembourg,Greece,ItalyandBulgariahavebanned
plantingGMOandHybridseeds.ThisforeclosesfoodexportsfromSubSaharanAfricaintotheEuropean
Unioncountries,leavingableakfutureforAfricasagriculturalsector.
ManyindustryobserversarescepticalthatNigeriawouldbanGMOseedsoutright,becauseofthepowerful
lobbybyMonsantobackedbyNigerianbillionairebusinessmenandpoliticiansincludingaformerhead
state.
BillionsofUSdollarshavebeenspentonbribesandlobbybyMonsantoandBillGatesinNigeria,Ghana,
KenyaandSouthAfrica,hencenobanofGMOscouldbeeffectedthusfardespitethat98%ofthepeople
polledinNigeria,GhanaandKenyawanttoseeabanofGMOandHybridcrops.
MonsantoandBillGatesreliedontheWFPtodistributetheGMOandHybridcropsduringthefaminein
SouthernAfrica,whichwasrejectedbytheirgovernments,promptingtheUnitedNationsHeadOfficeto

centralisedgovernment.ThetwoprecedingdynastiesbeforeQinShang(1600to1046BC)andZhou
(1046to256BC)ruledChinaunderafeudaloverlordsystem.Alltheirrulersclaimsofsovereigntyover
theentireChinesecivilisationwereacceptedbyfeudallords.
Infact,thisishowaChinesesovereignpowerderivesitsmandateandlegitimacy.Itistheultimate
guarantoroflawandorder,protectorofthecivilisedworldagainstbarbaricforcesandkeeperandpromoter
ofChineseculture.Anyclaimfromanotherpartytothatrolewouldinstantlyweakenandchallengethe

community.Howtoresolvetheincompatibilitybetweenthetwoterritorieswilltestthewisdomofthe
Chinesepeopleandtheirleaders.ButitwouldbeoverlysimplistictodismissChinasobsessionasapure
territorialambition.Emotionallyandpolitically,TaiwanmeansmoretoChinathanCrimeatoRussia.No
Chinesegovernment,nomatterunderwhatpoliticalsystem,couldhopetoretainitspoliticallegitimacyifit
givesuponunification.

PresidentTrumpisthelatestworldleadertochallengethenotionofaunifiedChina.Ormaybehejustsees
itasabargainingchipwithBeijing.ItiseasytoseewhereTrumpcomesfrom:Heislookingforlowcost
leverageinSinoUSnegotiations.Butthepresidentmaywellhaveunderestimatedthecomplexityofthe
issue.
PoliticalgreatslikeWilson,TrumanandStalinalltriedtheirhandsandgotburnt.IfTrumpcanpersuade
theChinesetogiveuptheideaofpoliticalunity,hewilltrulygodowninhistoryasagamechanging
