PM Contracting is currently working on several commercial and residential projects throughout the New York City
Metropolitan area. We are also working on institutional projects, including museums and libraries throughout New York City
and also performing general maintenance to meet the needs of our existing customers and building owners. We are the
requirements contractor for the Queens Library System (Year 3 of a 5 Year contract). We also have the expertise to complete
projects pursuant to the New York City Industrial & Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP)

SHOWCASE PROJECT 1 - 1407 BROADWAY


Purchase Price by SHORENSTEIN in 2015: $330 million | Height: 43-stories

Of the projects we are currently working on 1407 Broadway, owned by SHORENSTEIN PROPERTIES, showcases our
capabilities and core competencies. The building has over 1,100,000 Rentable Square Feet and is located between 38th
Street
and 39th
on Broadway - almost an entire city block
Since 2015, PM Contracting has been the general contractor charged with executing Shorensteins vision to make 1407
Broadway a dynamic office and retail location for both fashion and TAMI tenants. This includes a new lobby and building
entrance, improvements to the faade and updates to the retail storefronts. PM Contracting has been instrumental in the
budgeting, planning and execution since Shorenstein purchased the building in 2015

The estimated capital improvement costs of the 1407 BROADWAY renovation are $30 million
PM Contracting has completed approximately $15 million in projects at 1407 BROADWAY
Many in compliance with New York Citys Industrial & Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP)

PM Contracting has completed approximately 50 projects at 1407 Broadway ranging from white-box jobs to complex
build-outs of commercial space to accommodate the demands of incoming and existing commercial tenants which range
from technology to fashion. Each completed project brings the building one step closer to achieving the owners vision of
making 1407 Broadway a world-class destination at the crossroads of technology and fashion in the heart of the city.

for the interior projects at 850 Third Avenue since 2006
Our projects to date in 850 Third Avenue are approximately $10 million
