TheprogramoftheGermanWorkers'Partyisanepochalprogram.
Theleadersrejecttheideaofsettingupnewgoalsafterthoseincludedintheprogramhavebeenachieved
merelyinordertomakepossiblethefurtherexistenceofthePartybyartificiallyinducingdiscontentamongthe
masses.
1.WedemandtheunionofallGermansinaGreatGermanyonthebasisoftheprincipleofself
determinationofallpeoples.
2.WedemandthattheGermanpeoplehaverightsequaltothoseofothernations;andthatthePeace
TreatiesofVersaillesandSt.Germainshallbeabrogated.
3.Wedemandlandandterritory(colonies)forthemaintenanceofourpeopleandthesettlementofour
surpluspopulation.
4.Onlythosewhoareourfellowcountrymencanbecomecitizens.OnlythosewhohaveGermanblood,
regardlessofcreed,canbeourcountrymenHencenoJewcanbeacountryman.
5.ThosewhoarenotcitizensmustliveinGermanyasforeignersandmustbesubjecttothelawof
aliens.
6.TherighttochoosethegovernmentanddeterminethelawsoftheStateshallbelongonlytocitizens.
Wethereforedemandthatnopublicoffice,ofwhatevernature,whetherinthecentralgovernment,the
province.orthemunicipality,shallbeheldbyanyonewhoisnotacitizen.
Wewagewaragainstthecorruptparliamentaryadministrationwherebymenareappointedtopostsby
favorofthepartywithoutregardtocharacterandfitness.
7.WedemandthattheStateshallaboveallundertaketoensurethateverycitizenshallhavethe
possibilityoflivingdecentlyandearningalivelihood.Ifitshouldnotbepossibletofeedthewhole
population,thenaliens(noncitizens)mustbeexpelledfromtheReich.
8.AnyfurtherimmigrationofnonGermansmustbeprevented.WedemandthatallnonGermanswho
haveenteredGermanysinceAugust2,1914,shallbecompelledtoleavetheReichimmediately.
9.Allcitizensmustpossessequalrightsandduties.
10.Thefirstdutyofeverycitizenmustbetoworkmentallyorphysically.Noindividualshalldoany
workthatoffendsagainsttheinterestofthecommunitytothebenefitofall.
Thereforewedemand:
11.Thatallunearnedincome,andallincomethatdoesnotarisefromwork,beabolished.
BreakingtheBondageofInterest
12.Sinceeverywarimposesonthepeoplefearfulsacrificesinbloodandtreasure,allpersonalprofit
arisingfromthewarmustberegardedastreasontothepeopleWethereforedemandthetotal
confiscationofallwarprofits.
13.Wedemandthenationalizationofalltrusts.
14.Wedemandprofitsharinginlargeindustries.
15.Wedemandagenerousincreaseinoldagepensions.
16.Wedemandthecreationandmaintenanceofasoundmiddleclass,theimmediatecommunalization
oflargestoreswhichwillberentedcheaplytosmalltradespeople,andthestrongestconsiderationmust
begiventoensurethatsmalltradersshalldeliverthesuppliesneededbytheState,theprovincesand
municipalities.
17.Wedemandanagrarianreforminaccordancewithournationalrequirements,andtheenactmentofa
lawtoexpropriatetheownerswithoutcompensationofanylandneededforthecommonpurpose.The
abolitionofgroundrents,andtheprohibitionofallspeculationinland.
18.Wedemandthatruthlesswarbewagedagainstthosewhoworktotheinjuryofthecommonwelfare.
Traitors,usurers,profiteers,etc.,aretobepunishedwithdeath,regardlessofcreedorrace.
19.WedemandthatRomanlaw,whichservesamaterialistorderingoftheworld,bereplacedby
Germancommonlaw.
20.InordertomakeitpossibleforeverycapableandindustriousGermantoobtainhighereducation,
andthustheopportunitytoreachintopositionsofleadership,theStatemustassumetheresponsibilityof
organizingthoroughlytheentireculturalsystemofthepeopleThecurriculaofalleducational
establishmentsshallbeadaptedtopracticallife.TheconceptionoftheStateIdea(scienceofcitizenship)
mustbetaughtintheschoolsfromtheverybeginning.Wedemandthatspeciallytalentedchildrenof
poorparents,whatevertheirstationoroccupation,beeducatedattheexpenseoftheState.
21.TheStatehasthedutytohelpraisethestandardofnationalhealthbyprovidingmaternitywelfare
centers,byprohibitingjuvenilelabor,byincreasingphysicalfitnessthroughtheintroductionof
compulsorygamesandgymnastics,andbythegreatestpossibleencouragementofassociations
concernedwiththephysicaleducationoftheyoung.
22.Wedemandtheabolitionoftheregulararmyandthecreationofanational(folk)army.
23.Wedemandthattherebealegalcampaignagainstthosewhopropagatedeliberatepoliticalliesand
disseminatethemthroughthepress.InordertomakepossiblethecreationofaGermanpress,we
demand:
(a)AlleditorsandtheirassistantsonnewspaperspublishedintheGermanlanguageshallbeGerman
citizens.
(b)NonGermannewspapersshallonlybepublishedwiththeexpresspermissionoftheState.They
mustnotbepublishedintheGermanlanguage.
(c)AllfinancialinterestsinorinanywayaffectingGermannewspapersshallbeforbiddentonon
Germansbylaw,andwedemandthatthepunishmentfortransgressingthislawbetheimmediate
suppressionofthenewspaperandtheexpulsionofthenonGermansfromtheReich.
Newspaperstransgressingagainstthecommonwelfareshallbesuppressed.Wedemandlegalaction
againstthosetendenciesinartandliteraturethathaveadisruptiveinfluenceuponthelifeofourfolk,
andthatanyorganizationsthatoffendagainsttheforegoingdemandsshallbedissolved.
24.Wedemandfreedomforallreligiousfaithsinthestate,insofarastheydonotendangeritsexistence
oroffendthemoralandethicalsenseoftheGermanicrace.
ThepartyassuchrepresentsthepointofviewofapositiveChristianitywithoutbindingitselftoanyone
particularconfession.ItfightsagainsttheJewishmaterialistspiritwithinandwithout,andisconvinced
thatalastingrecoveryofourfolkcanonlycomeaboutfromwithinontheprinciple:

25.Inordertocarryoutthisprogramwedemand:thecreationofastrongcentralauthorityintheState,
theunconditionalauthoritybythepoliticalcentralparliamentofthewholeStateandallits
organizations.
Theformationofprofessionalcommitteesandofcommitteesrepresentingtheseveralestatesofthe
realm,toensurethatthelawspromulgatedbythecentralauthorityshallbecarriedoutbythefederal
states.
Theleadersofthepartyundertaketopromotetheexecutionoftheforegoingpointsatallcosts,if
necessaryatthesacrificeoftheirownlives.
