Pervaizism and Ahmadis

So what’s a Qadiani?
, Is a follower of a “false” branch of Islam concocted by cunning British
colonialists to impose obedience on Muslims in India. The head of the sect was
Mirza Ghulam Ahmad al-Qadiani (1839-1908 CE) – described as “the main
tool” of the movement.

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad al-Qadiani

He came from a family that was well known for having betrayed its religion and
country, so Ghulam Ahmad grew up loyal and obedient to the colonialists in
every sense … He was chosen for the role of a so-called prophet, so that the
Muslims would gather around him and he would distract them from waging
jihaad against the English colonialists.

Ghulam Ahmad was known among his followers to be unstable, with a lot of
health problems and dependent on drugs.
Ghulam Ahmad Pervez, founder of the
Anti-Hadith movement which
publishes Tulu‫أ‬¢â‚¬‫ث‬œ-i-Islam, was
declared kafir for his heretical views
by the scholars of Pakistan.
1. "Ghulam Ahmad Pe rvez is a ka fir according to
Islamic Shari‫أ‬¢â ‚¬‫ث‬œah, and excluded from the pa le of
Islam. No Muslim woma n ca n remain ma rried to him,
nor can a Muslim woman e nter into marriage with him. His fune ral prayers ca nnot
be said, nor is it pe rmissible to bury him in a Muslim grave-yard. This applies not
only to Pe rvez, but to every kafir. It also applies to any person who is a followe r of
his in these he retic be lie fs. As he has become a n apostate (murtadd), it is not
permitted by the Shari‫أ‬¢â‚¬‫ث‬œah to have any kind of Islamic relations with him."

fatwa about Pe rvez‫أ‬¢â‚¬â„¢s followers:

"If they say that Shari‫أ‬¢â‚¬‫ث‬œah is only that whic h is contained in the Quran, a nd
all that is besides this is not Shari‫أ‬¢â ‚¬‫ث‬œa h, then this is c lear he resy. It is the
same kind of he resy as the heresy of the Qadia nis. In fact it is worse and more
extreme than that." (Artic le by Ma ula na Amin Ahsan Islahi, in the daily Tasneem,
Lahore, 15 August 1952, p. 12)
Parvaiz joined the Central Secretariat of the Government of India in 1927 and
worked in the Home Dept, Establishment Division. He is also supposed to
have come in contact with Allama Muhammad Iqbal whom he became
inspired of. In 1938 Parwez started publishing monthly Tolu-e-Islam where he
propagated his interpretation of the Qur'an. After the independence of
Pakistan in 1947 fitna worked the Central Government and was also a
counselor to Muhammed Ali Jinnah. Parwez took pre-mature retirement as
assistant secretary in 1955
These renegades. worst in connection with thier erroneous beliefs n

it is an undeniable fact that The Ahaadith of Rasulullah ((Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) have
been unanimously accepted by the entire Ummah as the source of Islamic Law, after the
Noble Quran. In fact, upon pondering, it can be concluded that the entire Ahaadith contain
the real essence of Islamic Law (Islamic Shariah) as the Ahaadith comprise of the mubarak
words, actions and approvals of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) who has
interpreted the Noble Quran and defined its object and purpose. However, it is regrettable
that a certain group of people influenced by the corrupt western culture and civilization, have
began refuting the Ahaadith.

In the beginning of the twentieth century, when the Western nations dominated over
Muslims, many Muslims of poor understanding and little knowledge became overwhelmed
by the Western Ideologies and concepts. They opined that progress was impossible without
upholding and adopting the western lifestyle. They began propagating this concept among
the masses. In order to propagate this concept they distorted all the Islamic teachings that
opposed this western culture and ideology. This group was called the modernists. Among the
leaders of such groups were people like Sir Sayed and Ahmed Khan of India, Taha Hussain of
Egypt and Ziyad Khog of Turkey. It should be borne in mind that the objects and aims of this
group could not be achieved without rejecting the Ahaadith because, the Ahaadith contain
detailed guidelines to every aspect of life which are totally opposed to western norms and
trends.

Consequently, a group among this cult began to negate the Ahaadith and called themselves
the "Quranic Group". Sir Sayed and his companion Moulvi Chirag Ali were the founders of this
movement in India.

They did not negate the Ahaadith completely, instead they rejected all those that were
contrary to their aims and objects and their limited understanding and reasoning even
though all these Ahaadith were authentically narrated.

They discreetly propagated that the Ahaadith are not legal Shariah proof in this age and era.
This led to the legalising of interest and usury; the rejection of the Prophets, the denial of the
Angels, the negation of Purdah and other essentials of Islam, and moreover, legalizing of
prohibited things.

Thereafter, Abdullah Chakardalwi formed a group called, Quranic Group and his object was
the total rejection of Ahaadith. This concept was further promoted by Aslam Inerajpuri.
Finally, Gulam Ahmed Parwez established this erroneous belief among the masses through
his influential writings. This fitnah spread widely in his period (era).

Sir Syed Ahmed Khan

Sir Syed wrote his Tafsir of Quran Majid in 6 volumes as follows (see page 335 of the book
"Sir Syed Ahmad Khan" by Fazal Karim):

Part 1 in year 1880

Part 2 in year 1882
Part 3 in year 1885
Part 4 in year 1886
Part 5 in year 1892
Part 6 in year 1895

In part no.2, year 1882, in Sura Maida, verse no. 117, Sir Syed layed claim to the death of
Hazrat Isa (alayhis salaam).

9 years later in 1891, Mirza Ghulam Qadiani copied Sir Syed in regards to the death of Hazrat
Isa (alayhis salaam).

Chakralwi

The Chakraalwis and Parvezis do not have the same person in common, but their concepts
are absolutely identical, that being the denial of the Sunna as a form of revelation and
accepting its’ primacy alongside the Qur’an. The founders of these two
movements are `Abdullah Chakraalwi and Ghulam Ahmad Parvez, respectively. What we
would like to do then is to give the reader a short biography first, starting with Mr.
Chakraalwi.

Abdullah Chakraalwi was born in Miyanwaali, Punjab in Pakistan. He was the first in that land
to reject the authority of ahaadith, referring to them as unacceptable fabrications in the
religion. There were many who attempted to bring him back from the depths of evil that he
had indulged in, but these pleas ultimately fell on deaf ears.

"Following the sayings and sunnah of the messengers and prophets as against the books of
Allah is a very old Mard (Sickness). Opponents of Mohammad the Messenger (Peace be opon
him) were surely these followers of hadith. { Tarjummatul-Quran ba Ayaat-ul-Quran page 97 -
It has now been translated as "Quran as it Explains it self." }

Parvez

On 9 July 1931, a laymen who would be one of the most ferocious forces of evil against
Orthodox Islam would be born in the Punjab province of India. His name was Ghulam Ahmad
Parvez. In his youth, he learned Islam at the feet of many great elders in his family, but never
became a scholar. In his twenties, he came into contact with Muhammad Iqbal, the
nationalist whose poetry led to the foundation of the state of Pakistan and Muhammad Ali
Jinnah, the Shi`a lawyer and secularist who would become the first leader of Pakistan.

In the year 1955, he began to write different references and sources regarding the
Qur’an, some of which led to the denial of the Sunna of the Messenger of Allah SAW.
One of his most famous maxims was that ‘if it does not agree with the Qur’an
or the dignity of the Messenger of Allah or humanity, then it must be rejected.’ This
famous mantra caused him to go far from the principles of Orthodox Islam and the scholars of
Islam condemned him and his ideas. However he would continue on, writing different
treatises and papers, denying tenets of faith as well as historical facts that have been
established in the Qur’an, Sunna and even secular sources on Islam.

In 1956, he became a member of the Law Commission and unfortunately was also propelled
into the position of Chairman of Quranic Education Society and the Director of Quranic
Research Centre. It was in this position that be became the most dangerous, writing
commentaries on the Qur’an, its’ language and wording and surreptitiously
redefining key terms and texts mentioned in the Qur’an by Allah.

On 2 February 1985, Mr. Parvez died. He left behind no issue, but the damage that he did was
to last from his life, to his followers until the Day of Resurrection.

Parvez founded the movement Tolu-e-Islam ( Dawn of Islam ). As far as ahaadith are
concerned, Tolu-e-Islam considers all those ahaadith as true which are in accordance with the
Quran or which do not stain the character of the Prophet (sallahu alaihi wasallam) or his
companions (radiAllahu Anhum).

The sailent feature of the Munkar-e-Hadith is that these people encourage to use ones own
'commonsense' in matters of faith and taunt the Ulema of Islam of not doing so. They go as
far as to say that due to this they should not even be included amongst the Ahle-Ilm { people
of knowledge }. In evidence of this assertion Parvez wrote in his book:

Here for the sake of our Muslim brothers n sisters to let them know abt some popular names
of Hadith Rejectors.

His son Habib ar-Rahman Siddiqui amazingly turned out to be a hadith rejector. Strange but
true!

ALLAH subahana ho wa' talah has mentioned at many places of the Qu'ran abt the readvant
of Messih n Imam Mehdi. i just managed to recollect my past research analysis abt Holy
Qu'ran n found some of the references. so here it goes.

Al-Quran: 3:46

"Wa'ukilmo nasa fil' Mah'di wa kahlan wa' min'sa'lihin"

"He will speak to the people from the crib, as well as an adult; he will be one of the
righteous."

"He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company)
of the righteous."

He will speak unto mankind in his cradle and in his manhood, and he is of the righteous.

And he shall speak to the people when in the cradle and when of old age, and (he shall be)
one of the good ones.

`And he shall speak to the people in the cradle, and when of middle age, and he shall be of
the righteous.

"And he speaks to the people from the cradle, and in old age, and from among the upright"

Dear Bro. Jabbar, i'll try to find some more references regarding readvent of Imam Mehdi in
Qu'ran. n i'll post it. Anyways, bro i really encourage n appreciate ur inquisitive mind n
thinking. if once u get curious abt smth, then Allah sub'han ho wa tallah shows the rite path
of successful people n answers all the logical questions that arise in ur mind.
Allah (swt) bless u always n may v give us more knowledge n wisdom.

Abu Hurairah (ra) narrated that Allah's Messenger, peace be upon him, said, "By the One in
Whose hand is my self, definitely the son of Maryam will soon descend among you as a just
judge, and he will break the cross, kill the pig and abolish the jizyah, and wealth will be so
abundant that no one will accept it, until a single prostration will be better than the world
and everything in it. (Sahih al-Bukhari)
Jabir ibn 'Abdullah said, "I heard the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace,
saying, 'A party of my ummah will never stop fighting for the truth victoriously until the Day
of Rising.' He said, 'Then 'Isa ibn Maryam, peace be upon him, will descend and their amir will
say, "Come and lead us in prayer," but he will say, "No! some of you are amirs over others,"
as Allah's showing honour to this ummah.'" (Sahih Muslim)
Abu Hurairah (ra) narrated, "The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: 'There is no prophet
between me and him, that is, 'Isa, peace be upon him. He will descend (to t he earth). When
you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow
garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He
will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill the pig, and abolish
the jizyah. Allah will cause to perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Dajjal and
will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him.'"
(Abu Dawud)
There is not one of the People of the Book who will not believe in him before he dies; and
on the Day of Rising he will be a witness against them. (Surat an Nisa': 159)

The statement above "who will not believe in him before he dies" is important. The Arabic
text of this sentence reads: Wa-in min ahli'l-kitabi illa la yuminanna bihi qabla mawtihi.
Some scholars stated that the "him/it" in this verse is used for the Qur'an and thus made the
following interpretation: There will be no one from the people of the Book who will not have
faith in the Qur'an before he (a person from the people of the Book) dies.
Nevertheless, in verses 157 and 158, which are the two verses preceding this verse, the same
"him" is undoubtedly used for Jesus (as).

That Jesus (as) will come back to earth towards the end of time is related in another verse in
Surat az-Zukhruf 61.
Starting from az-Zukhruf 57, there is reference to Jesus (as):

When an example is made of the son of Maryam ('Isa) your people laugh uproariously. They
retort, "Who is better then, our gods or him?" They only say this to you for argument's sake.
They are indeed a disputatious people.
He is only a slave on whom We bestowed Our blessing and whom We made an example for
the tribe of Israel.
If We wished, We could appoint angels in exchange for you to succeed you on the earth.
(Surat az-Zukhruf: 57-60)
Just after these verses, Allah declares that Jesus (as) is a sign of the Day of Judgement.

He is a Sign of the Hour. Have no doubt about it. But follow me. This is a straight path. (Surat
az-Zukhruf: 61)
Ibn Juzayy says that the first meaning of this verse is that Jesus (as) is a sign or a precondition
of the Last Hour. We can say that this verse is a clear indication that Jesus (as) will come back
to earth at the end times. That is because Jesus (as) lived approximately six centuries before
the revelation of the Qur'an. Consequently, we cannot interpret his first coming as a sign of
the Day of Judgement. What this verse actually indicates is that Jesus (as) will come bac k to
earth towards the end of time, that is to say, during the last period of time before the Day of
Judgement and this will be a sign for the Day of Judgement. Allah surely knows the best.
The Arabic of the verse "He is a Sign of the Hour" is Innahu la 'ilmun li's-sa'ati… Some people
interpret the pronoun hu (he) in this verse as the Qur'an. However, the preceding verses
explicitly indicate that Jesus (as) is mentioned in the verse: "He is only a slave on whom We
bestowed Our blessing and whom We made an example for the tribe of Israel."
Other verses indicating the second coming of the Jesus (as) are the following;

When the angels said, "Maryam, your Lord gives you good news of a Word from Him. His
name is the Messiah, 'Isa, son of Maryam of high esteem in this world and the hereafter, and
one of those brought near. He will speak to people in the cradle, and also when fully grown,
and will be one of the righteous," she said, "My Lord! How can I have a son when no man has
ever touched me?"
He said, "It will be so. Allah creates whatever He wills. When He decides on something He just
says to it, 'Be!' and it is. He will teach him the Book and Wisdom, and the Torah and the
Injil…" (Surah Al 'Imran: 45-48)
In the verse, it is heralded that Allah would instruct Jesus (as) about the Injil, the Torah and
the "Book." No doubt, this book in question is very important. We come across the same
expression in the Surat al-Ma'idah 110:
Remember when Allah said: "'Isa, son of Maryam, remember My blessing to you and to y our
mother when I reinforced you with the Purest Spirit so that you could speak to people in the
cradle and when you were fully grown; and when I taught you the Book and Wisdom, and the
Torah and the Injil; and when you created a bird-shape out of clay by My permission…" (Surat
al-Ma'idah: 110)
When we analyse the "Book" in both of the verses, we see that it may indicate the Qur'an. In
the verses, it is stated that the Qur'an is the last divine book sent apart from the Torah, the
Zabur and the Injil. Besides, in another verse in the Qur'an, next to the Torah and the Injil, the
word "Book" is used to indicate the Qur'an.In this case, we may well consider that the third
book that will be taught to Jesus (as) will be the Qur'an and we could assume that this wi ll be
possible only if he comes to earth at the end of time. Jesus (as) lived approximately 600 years
before the revelation of the Qur'an. When we look at the hadiths of our Prophet (saas), we
understand that when the Prophet Jesus (as) comes for the second time, he will command
with the Qur'an, not the Injil. This indeed conforms exactly with the meaning in the verse.
Surely Allah knows the best.

Another piece of evidence about Jesus (as) returning to earth appears in verse 110 in Surat al -
Ma'ida and in Surah Al 'Imran 46 in the form of the word kahlan. The verses say:

Remember when Allah said, " 'Isa, son of Maryam, remember My blessing to you and to your
mother when I reinforced you with the Purest Ruh (Spirit) so that you could speak to people
in the cradle and when you were fully grown (kahlan)... (Surat al-Ma'ida: 110)
He will speak to people in the cradle, and also when fully grown (kahlan), and will be one of
the righteous. (Surah Al 'Imran: 46)
This word appears only in the above two verses in the Qur'an, and only in reference to Jesus
(as). The meaning of the word kahlan used to refer to Jesus' adult state is along the lines of,
between 30 and 50 years old, someone who is no longer young, someone who has reached
the perfect age. Islamic scholars agree on translating this word as indicating the period after
35 years of age.
Based on a hadith reported by Ibn 'Abbas to the effect that Jesus (as) ascended to heaven in
his early 30s, at a young age, and will stay another 40 years when he returns, Islamic scholars
say that Jesus' old age will be after he returns to earth. (Muhammed Khalil Herras, Fasl al -
maqal fi raf'i 'Isa hayyan wa nuzulihi wa qatlihi'd-Dajjal, Makatabat as-Sunnah, Cairo, 1990,
page 20)
Close study of the verses in question easily shows how right Islamic scholars are on this
question. In looking at the verses of the Qur'an, we see that this statement is only used for
Jesus (as). All the prophets spoke to people and called them to the true path. They all
communicated their message in maturity. Yet there is no such statement in the Qur'an about
any other prophet. The statement is only used to refer to Jesus (as) and his miraculous
situation. That is because the words "in the cradle" and "when fully grown" that follow each
other in the verses are stressing two miraculous periods.
