Read Aloud reads in wrong language if operating system language is different
Read Aloud does not work as expected if the operating system language is differe
nt from the language in the installed version of Encarta, and if you are logged
on as a user and not as an administrator. For example, you install the French ve
rsion of Encarta in an English version of the operating system. If you then log
in as a user and use Read Aloud, Read Aloud provides sound in English, not in Fr
ench.
