1. power Dead (NP2500 Not Power on):-
Need to check below mentioned
components.
Check INPUT Connector impedance, it should
be in Open Condition
Check Fuse,Mov,Relay should be at power
section
Check Capacitor,Mosfet at Open Condition
Check IC 33272 by using multimeter in

impedance mode, The reading should be

Open Condition

1. INPUT Connector 2.FUSE MOV RELAY

3.Capacitor & IC33272

2. NO OUTPUT :-

Check below mentioned components.
i. 33152 IC at DC card mother board
ii. Diode (KL04) at DC card mother board
iii. 10 Resistor at DC card mother board
If the problem still persists we need to check across IC
3152 5th pin and 8th pin and with ground 3rd pin and
1st pin, if it is short replace the same.
If the problem still persists we need to check diode
(KL04)3pin at open Condition

1.33152 IC 2.DIODE KL04 3.10

RESISTOR

If the problem still persists we need to check

10Resistor, if it is low resistance or open replace the
same.

3. LOAD NOT TAKEN:-

Check below mentioned components.
i. 2904 IC at DC card (Control Card)
ii. Transistor (12W) at (Control Card)
iii. Inductor (T201) at DC card mother board

1. IC 2904 and Transistor (12W) 2. Inductor

(T201)

Need to check 2904 IC impedance at DC card

(Control Card), if it is low or short replace the same.
If the problem persists we need to check transistor
(12w) if it is low or short replace the same.
If the problem persists we need to check inductor all
pins, pin to pin short if it is open replace the same.

4. Communication Fail :-
Check below mentioned components.
i. IC802 at DC card (Control Card)
ii. IC 900 at DC card (Control Card)
