classes are given below.
i) A few Saturdays are included like 17th Sep (mid
sem exam), 8th Oct (Saptami Dussehra), 15th

end sem exam), hence there will be no classes
on those Saturdays.

suspended on 10th (Mon), 13th (Thu) & 14th (Fri) October2016. Holiday declared by the
DUSSEHRA The suspended classes of all programmes compensated on Institute.
(DURGA PUJA) 3rd & 4th September (Saturday Sunday in lieu of 10th & 13th
October2016). On 10th September 2016 the suspended class
of 14th October2016 will be compensated.

Note:
(i) Registration will be done as per Academic Calendar. For Registration, a student can register himself online through
Chankaya Portal using his Login ID Password during the online registration period mentioned in Academic Calendar.
After online registration, student has to download the registration form (in triplicate) and to be present in person in
their department to complete the registration process on physical reporting dates as mention in Academic Calendar.
After the due date of registration (Physical reporting dates): I) Late fine of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred) will be charged
for next three working days & II) Late fine of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand) will be charged for next five working days.
After that Registration will not be permitted in any case.
(ii) B. Tech/ B Arch/ M.Sc. 1st Semester Registration & Start of Class and Mid Semester Examination proposed dates/
Schedule may change as per CSAB-2016 Admission Counseling Schedule.
(iii) M. Tech. / MURP 1st Semester Registration & Start of Class and Mid Semester Examination proposed dates/
Schedule may change as per CCMT-2016 Admission Counseling Schedule.
(iv) There shall be some adjustment in classes due to Festival/National Holiday.
(v) The above proposed dates for different academic and other activities are subject to adjustment/ rescheduling
depending on Institutes Holidays to be notified and other inevitable circumstances.
