Reference to Material Submittal No. MTS-056/13 dated 19th May 2013, please find below review
result;
1. Proposed model is not provided QCDD Approvals, provide the following:
A. Bell SSM24-6
B. Strobe 20 - 091- SA
C. CRM4 10-2204
2. Model # of SHP PRO Fire Extinguishing Panel is not specified in the QCDD Approval.
3. Capacity of FM200 cylinders should be as actual site condition and shop drawings, calculations
and schematic diagram should be submitted.
4. Provide QCDD certificate and UL, FM Approvals for the followings:
a. Impulse valve operator kit
b. Nozzles
c. Pipe fittings
5. Pipe fittings should be glass 300
6. FM 200 System and control panels UL listing certificate as per UL 864 9th edition should be
provided.
7. Pipes should be scheduled 80 Grade B.

The Contractor to resubmit and comply with all comments.
