1.Contextual Inquiry for Recruitment System of C-DAC
The project was addressed to design entirely new software based recruitment system.
As the human resource recruitment is the most important activity in any organization which contributes 75% of Human resource department work.
So to serve this purpose Contextual Inquiry is done to address and study all existing work environment and the particular system that they are following to recruit new and promote old employees, and
to understand the importance of this automated recruitment software system in their context.
Then final documentation of User requirements and flow models of existing software system and work flow of the Organization’s recruitment system is articulated in such a manner to design and
develop new software.
