Myanmar Ratified Ratified by 21 July 2016

The Philippines Ratified The Philippines had tabled her instrument of

ratification for the Protocol 7 (Customs
Transit System) and its Technical Appendix
under the AFAFGIT. The date of submission
of the instrument of ratification by the
 Philippines is 13 January 2016.

Singapore In Process SG is undertaking domestic process in the

ratification of the Protocol 7 .

Thailand In Process
TH is currently undertaking the national
procedures on the legal preparation for ratifying
Protocol 7.

Viet Nam In Process Sent to parliament and need more time for
consideration
