1. Mechanics:
a. Competition is open to students in High School and College from any of the participating
schools. They should be endorsed by their school. The participant(s) should submit their
duly filled-up competition form.
b. A maximum of 2 entries per department per school (or per campus) will be allowed. Each
entry may consist of 1-3 students.
c. The participant(s) should use the Robinsons Galleria Cebu issued guitar. The guitar to be
issued will be in its raw form: no finish and no strings.
d. Participants are to dress up the guitar on February 18, 2017 from 10 am to 7pm at an
identified area in Robinsons Galleria Cebu. Guitars are not allowed to be removed from the
competition area.
e. The participant(s) should supply all the materials and supplies to be used to decorate the
guitar. Decors for the guitar can be made of any material as long as it is not made of any
hazardous materials. The participant(s) may go out of the competition area to obtain more
materials.
f. The guitar should be decorated tastefully.
g. The participant(s) should work on their guitar without any assistance from anyone outside
of their group
h. The guitar should be submitted on or before 7pm of the competition day. Entries submitted
after 7pm will no longer qualify for the competition.
i. Each entry should have a short write up (at most 100 words) explaining the reason behind
the design.
j. Judging criteria for all categories
i. Creativity/Overall design 45%
ii. Originality 20%
iii. Quality of work 20%
iv. Relevance 15%

2. Peoples Choice Award

a. There will only be one winner for the Peoples Choice award, votes from both the on-site
voting and the online voting will be accumulated. Highest number of votes garnered from
both onsite and online voting within the voting period wins the award.
b. Each on-site vote garners the entry an equivalent of 10 points meanwhile each online vote
garners the entry and equivalent of 1 point.

On-site Voting: All entries qualify for the Peoples Choice award. This will be based on
the number of votes a guitar will get on site. Voting will be based on receipts dropped in
the box where people can write their guitar of choice. The receipts can bear any amount
but should be from any outlet in Robinsons Galleria Cebu. Winner of the Peoples choice
award will win Php5,000.00 worth in Robinsons Gift Certificates.
Online Voting: All entries qualify for the Peoples Choice award. This will be based on the
number of votes a guitar will get on the Facebook page. Voting period will be from
February 22 to March 15, 2017.

3. The guitars will be displayed from Feb 22 March 15, 2017 in Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
Awarding of the winners will be on March 18, 2017 in Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
4. Robinsons Galleria Cebu reserves the right to keep the guitars and use it for future events.
