thefollowingQ&Atoreplytoyourqueries:

1. Q:WherearetheimagesofcontributorsthatwereuploadedtotheDemotixwebsite?Could
VCGreturnsuchimagestocontributors?

A: These images are stored in our technical database just for record after closure of the
Demotixwebsite.AccordingtotheagreemententeredintobyDemotixandyou(theDemotix
Contract),weareentitledtoretaintheseimagesandnottodeletethem,andwealsohave
noobligationtoreturnyourimages.

2. Q: Will VCG use or license others to use images of contributors after termination of the
DemotixContract?

A:No.Wewontuseordistributeyourimagesaftertermination.Whereas,withregardtoany
images licensed to our distributors, reseller and end users (the licensees) prior to the
termination,thelicenseesshallreservetherighttousetheseimageswithinthelicenseperiod,
even though the terminate date of such license period is later than that of the Demotix
Contract.

3. Q:Whencouldcontributorsreceivetheirunpaidroyalties?

A:Aslongaswedistributeyourimagesandreceiveanypaymentfromthelicensees,wewill
payyoutheroyaltiesinaccordancewiththeDemotixContract.Ifyouhaventreceivedour
payment notice, that means your images havent been licensed, and please do not inquire
aboutitanymore.

Inaddition,sincethesalereportsprovidedbythelicenseesincludeonlyimagesIDwithout
namesofcontributors,weareendeavoringtofindoutwhomtheimagesbelongto,anditwill
takesometime.However,wewillmakethepaymenttoyouassoonaspossible.

4. Q:CouldcontributorscheckthebalanceoftheiraccountsontheDemotixwebsite?CouldVCG
returnthebalance?

A:Forthebalanceinyouraccount,astheywereproducedbeforeweboughtCorbisImages
licensingbusinesses(excludingSplash),wearenotobligatedtomakethepayment.Soplease
refer to Corbis (presently, known as Branded Entertainment Network) for any check or
paymentofthebalanceinyouraccount.

5. Q:IsitpossibleforcontributorstobecomeacontributorofVCG?

A:IfyouwerenotselectedtobecontributorofGettyImages,youalsocouldntsignwithVCG
duetolackofforeigncontributorsmanagementmechanismofVCG.
