Today I recommend you a simple, yet powerful identity test that can help you
evaluate your weaknesses and strengths. The wheel of life is an instrument
created by Tony Robbins, high performing life and business coach. Besides a
representation of the person you are in this very moment, the wheel reveals
the areas of life in which you should invest more time and energy in order to
attain the level of balance and harmony that you wish for.
The 8 life areas that the wheel evaluates are the ones that we all wish to
know how to balance because they define our day to day existence:
Using the following questions (three questions for each area), evaluate
yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 (in the center of the circle the value is 0, and
the margin is 10).
! Each area contains a fourth question. Write the answer for that (in words)
on a separate piece of paper and keep it always close to you or in sight.
Health and energy
1. How content are you with your general health and wellbeing at the
moment?
2. How well do you maintain your energy level throughout the day?
3. If you were to evaluate yourself on the level of physical exercise on a
daily basis vs. your weight, what note would you assign?
4. How do you see yourself from the point of view of health and
workout in 1-3 years?
4. How do you see yourself from the point of view of set goals
and emotional state in 1-3 years?
1. How would you describe the quality of your past and current
relationships?
2. How do you appreciate the relationship you have with your family and
how you maintain it?
3. How would you measure the friendships and partnerships you had until
now?
4. How do you see yourself from a relational point of view in 1-3
years?
1. How happy does your job (or any professional activity you maintain)
make you feel?
2. How do you feel about your current job (regarding emotions and level
of satisfaction)?
For example: 1 means that you dread going to work another day / 10 means
that you cant wait arriving at your workplace
For example: 1 means that you dont know yet what is your highest purpose /
10 means that you work everyday for your personal mission
For example: 1 means that you dont have any financial security / 10
means that you do very well and you dont worry at all
For example: 1 means that you deserve a lot more than you get / 10
means that your income reflects your value and efforts put in
For example: 1 means that you often borrow money, you feel financially
unstable and uncertain / 10 means that you manage my income and
expenses very well
Spirituality
1. On a scale from 1 to 10, how do you enjoy and cherish life, whatever
this might mean to you?
2. How would you evaluate your ability to bound and share with others,
unconditionally, regardless of the rewards and repay?
3. How would you evaluate your highest purpose/mission?
For example: 1 means that you dont want to be a leader, you feel better
following a leader / 10 means that you are a leader
4. What would you like people to tell about you when ..you are
no longer here?
