CLARIFICATIONS / EXCEPTIONS / ASSUMPTIONS

1. The customer hereby accepts the Terms and Conditions submitted as stated in our quotations
Proposal does not includes performance / surety bonds, if required - will be added at cost
plus 15%
2. Project completion is limited to the above No. of days submitted.
3. Extension of work execution beyond the scope and condition as stated shall be arrange
accordingly.
4. Uncovered material defect prior and after work execution and in / no relation to the work activity
shall be beyond contractors liability
5. The foregoing warranties will not apply to defects occuring within the period, resulting from
misuse by customer or by reason of , application, circuit protection by others subsequent to
service by the Mega Masterlink Fabricator and Electrical Services Corporation
6. Mega Masterlink Fabricator and Electrical Services Corporation shall not be liable to customer,
or to any other person, for any indirect, consequential, or other kinds or damages arising out of
this transaction.
