In order to move forward with processing your Fall through Summer 2017-2018 financial aid application,
you need to complete the task(s) outlined below.
The fall quarter deadline is Thursday March 30th, 2017. Applicants who miss this deadline are
responsible for paying their tuition.
Data Sheet: All students are required to complete the college's financial aid form called
the Data Sheet. The Data Sheet requires that you indicate the degree or certificate
program you are pursuing here at Highline and it also requires that you inform us if you
have obtained a bachelor's degree, even if it is from another country and if you have
attended or will attend another college or university from June 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
Download the Data Sheet by clicking on the blue arrow in your financial aid portal or
from the financial aid forms link:
https://financialaid.highline.edu/forms-and-downloads/
Please submit your document(s) either to our drop box located in Bldg. 6, through US
mail using the address located at the top of this letter or via email at
financialaid@highline.edu

The Financial Aid office must receive all required documents either 120 days after a
student's last date of enrollment or by September 22, 2018, whichever is earlier. Also, to
be eligible to receive a Pell Grant, the college must receive a valid FAFSA
application by the student's last date of enrollment.
If Highline College's Financial Aid office makes any changes to your 2017-2018 FAFSA
application, it will result in an email notification to you from the Department of Education,
notifying you of the change.
You should only make changes to items such as updating your current email address,
physical address or phone number; other information should not be changed without
first consulting with our Financial Aid office.
Sincerely,
Highline College Financial Aid Office
